Good luck for today guys. We are experiencing the same kind of thing on BEM right now. A fundraise at 2.06p, a whopping 46% discount to what was the current sp. My thoughts are with you, you know, in between my being utterly livid.

The problem is SJ, if it doesn’t prove to be decent then he won’t be able to offload it. It continues to be an expensive liability. So far.

I guess the fundraise discount has just highlighted how hacked off I am in general with this now. I only ever wanted us to focus on Kal. I would have been much happier with that, a nice project, 100 per cent owned and more manageable. Special that. Anyway. Lol.

SJ, yep, it’s a dull time. But we should be out of the junior miner orphan period now for goodness sake. I get fed up with Kurt telling us that there’s metal everywhere they look at the Vardar licence sites, so I’m thinking why not just bloody find some then, get it dug up and stop talking about it. Lol.

Ha ha. Was trying to make you feel better. I know what you mean re last minnow. We’ve endured far too much crap with this share really and are still waiting for a change in the wind. My confidence for a good personal outcome is low now, but it depends what our averages are and what the eventual number of shares in issue will be.

There is hopefully good news to come this year, but the year has already started poorly with this discount, and the resultant diminishing sp, so we’ll need great news to push us back up again. I’m not holding my breath though.

Yes we should. It was less problematic last time. This time we are really just being treated like fodder. The discount is huge, but it’s still more of your money to shovel in. The good thing is that you still have time to mull it over further, whether you go through PB or just leave it. At least you know that you’d have some form of priority as an existing holder, if you did want the shares.

SJ I suppose it depends how badly you want these shares at 2.06p and if you are comfortable with doing what you have to. If you don’t get them what is the downside? You’ll be saving money initially by not buying any, an upside. Lol.

Ok. Well, considering the massive discount and confidence levels currently in general, you may get a chance to buy some on the open market. It didn’t drop so much last time, but we were motivated to retain our shares due to us not knowing when the concession could arrive. Whereas now we only know the PFS will be in Q2 which is a defined time period a good few weeks from now. Sami resolution aside, could come sooner or not.

I don’t want the sp to go down though so I hope you can get HL to help you with the 2.06p deal. It would be tragic really as a qualifying existing holder if you had to buy on the open market.

This is down to Kurt, a problem of his making for existing holders.

It’s a right faff for you SJ. So is HL saying that they won’t act on your behalf then in this situation? Or haven’t you asked if they will? If you mention the ISA issue of having to withdraw money they may assist.

Hi SJ. That sounds odd, considering HL is shown on the first page of the PrimaryBid site. Maybe PB hasn’t updated its page. I suppose HL should look into it further too, if that’s the case.

I have yet to hear back from ii, just checked my account now and no email. I sent my query under “Secure Messages” so it could take a day or two for them to respond.

Well Owl, it didn’t finish blue but it had a really good try. Maybe tomorrow then eh? An uppy day. Lol.

It’s interesting watching this. I waited nine years for a concession licence to be granted in BEM and it finally came through last March, so I know what it’s like to wait on a government to actually do something.

The difference between that share and this is that this appears to be ready to roll into production. A good position to be in. Hence why I’m watching it. It’s more exciting than BEM at the moment.

Sooz, just for info, about an hour ago I messaged ii on their mobile app, re the UK Offer, and asked about the plan I was mulling over, whether it was viable. To sell some of my existing holding and then whether or not I would still qualify for the new shares, and not be limited on how many I could buy, like I would be with a RI. When I receive a reply I’ll let you know what they say.

Sooz, the Swedish RI is underwritten, so that is the guarantee going into the fundraise. Underwritten because the discount was so fantastic, but underwritten nonetheless. So the fundraise, to some extent, has already succeeded. At 2.06p I also believe it will be oversubscribed over here in the UK. Have to see. But maybe only because some of us are desperate to not take the full hit of the dilution. Only my thoughts, but it is gloomy. Sometimes there’s no getting away from it.

As I value you as a pal, I will just say please consider very carefully how many new shares you may subscribe for. You’ve done well last time, unscathed, but we had the momentum and arduous journey and focus totally on the concession. That has now ended, and we don’t really know what will drive the sp higher leading into the next fundraise, only what Kurt believes are the inflection points. This is an unproven pathway now though. You know, because we could gauge the highs and lows over nine years of waiting for the concession, but we don’t know what will be the best sp driver now the concession is secured. So, please be careful not to gamble away most of your profits from the last offer. Did we ever think an offer lower than 3.16p would occur again? Certainly not one at 2.06p.
