The UK issue isn’t underwritten though is it? Maybe because of it being a retail offer, but unsure as to why Budgie did such a split. RI in Sweden, underwritten. UK different. Why not keep the whole thing uniform? Our last offer was oversubscribed, so perhaps we should have had an RI in the UK too. I feel less valued as an existing UK shareholder with the way this is being done. Existing holders shouldn’t have to mess about with PrimaryBid.

Hi Sooz. As Barclays is on the PB site as well, you should not need to supply a screen shot. I think I’ll contact ii because it says on the PB site if you just go through the PB app you can’t put the shares into your ISA. Only via your own broker.

Yes Jonny, HL is listed on the PrimaryBid first page, so not sure why they are saying that. Seems odd.

Hi Aug. Difficult to believe that the Minister’s aim was to smash the sp. He was more likely trying to appease the Sami somewhat, with the supposedly far-reaching conditions, diluting the positive decision which he had no option but to give, in accordance with the criteria for the award.

Only my thoughts though.

Roller, I still might not do it, depends if the sp holds too. And if my nerves will take it. I think it’s wise to do a few, not all but one. Thinking it through, with the help of Sooz and SJ.

Shouldn’t come to this though, as the 46% discount is a kick in the eye for many shareholders who can’t add more or who don’t wish to. It’s a gamble again. I never believed we’d see another offer below the 3.16p one either you see. Wrong!

Good point Ripley, yes, surely it will be hard to police. The proof of being an existing holder. Unless your broker happens to be one of those associated with PrimaryBid.

Oh well. As an existing holder I’m most unhappy, but considering Kurt has decided this was the way to go, I do still hope that we get as much money into BEM as possible, so we can get down to actually doing the work planned.

Hi Sooz. Not sure, seems weird the buying. Might just be people seeing the low sp and having a punt. Nothing so in depth other than that.

I can’t really understand why people are buying at the moment either, when it’s likely anyone will be able to take up the offer, or, if not, they could still buy when the sp drifts lower following the new shares hitting the market.

I don’t want the sp to drop at all, but it’s just a point.

I’ve never parted with any but look what’s happened. That’s why I’m thinking of ways to try and help myself out of the mess I’m in. It probably will pay off SJ, but I’m not sure how much of an upside there will be the more shares come into issue etc up until production. I have a high average and it makes me very uncomfortable after this latest discount to the already struggling sp.

Kurt did mention inflection points again, but we are still waiting for the last ones to kick in. And we got the exact opposite of a healthy re-rate after the concession was granted.

So I just don’t know SJ. What we do know is that we definitely are doing a PFS on Kal in Q2, so that’s something to focus on. I hope and trust that the quoted timetable is adhered to.

No prospectus for us, yet one for the Swedish SDR holders signifies the shift in share ownership. In my view. But a prospectus for existing UK holders would have been good. I can also see, considering how Kurt is rolling out the UK issue, why he hasn’t arranged for one to be published. Because every man and his dog is being allowed to pile in.
