Sooz, I’ll think about it because I need to ensure that I would be able to buy them back effectively for 2.06p. My broker is ii, and is registered with PrimaryBid, so I might see what the rules are with regards this offer. The RNS wasn’t overly clear for the UK offer. It does seem that we can have as many as we like, but doesn’t mention if we need to hold a certain amount of existing shares etc.

If I find out more and do try it, I’ll let you know.

Yes, the downstream. You mean with Grafintec? Kurt keeps mentioning the downstream doesn’t he, but hasn’t yet said when. I liked the part in the presentation where he talked about the two sites in Finland right adjacent to each other, so we could use the same infrastructure etc. That sounded good, but I’d like to know when.

Thanks for replying, and yes, if I could afford it I probably would just buy more at 2.06p. Not sure though, as it’s more money again to outlay. My feeling is that Kosovo needs to throw something up this year and that Grafintec may chug along as it’s always done, helped by the free BatCircle grant money. If we are indeed still getting any now. We certainly aren’t throwing money into Finland like we are in Kosovo. Just pondering now re the offer. I can’t afford any shares, lol, but we don’t know what the terms will be yet do we? By that I mean, last time under the 3.16p offer, we were allowed so many discounted shares depending upon how sizeable our holdings were. No mention of that yet this time although it may be revealed on the PrimaryBid site.

The reason I’m pondering, is that my brain is such, if I could gain a guarantee of preferential offer shares for being an existing investor, I could, if the rules are loose, retain one share, sell my entire holding around 3p, and still qualify to buy them all back and many more, for the 2.06p. No further money required.

See what I mean. What do you all think about that?

I think the Rights Issue was a weird one from CSP, and I can’t recall whether it was before or after our exploitation application submission, but it was early days and I guess he was bulldozing his way through Sweden in his blue suede shoes. Frowned upon eventually. I quite liked him though. Never dull.

CSP also managed to raise money in the 40p zone. He’s been more successful than Kurt in terms of keeping the number of shares down and the lights on. Had Clive stayed we would likely also have survived. Kurt has not worked miracles with his fundraising Sooz, because of the low sp’s and ultimately massive dilution, with more to come.

Last time the 3.16p deal was oversubscribed, so unsure as to why he felt this time the uptake may not be there. Particularly now we have the mining concession. He hasn’t risked it, but instead he’s just succeeded in pi55ing many of us off further with this latest deal.

Pocko, it may not be underwritten because 76% are SDR investors so is it worth having 24% in the UK underwritten? Don’t know. Seems a bit of a rushed mess.

I’m not in a position to participate in the offer, so the impact is greater on my holding. Good luck if you are buying some Pocko. It’s further outlay all the same isn’t it? More money we have to spend, to manage the impact of Kurt’s dealings.
