Yes, and we know that the percentage has been changeable too, so it could get even smaller again for each sum of cash given over.

Yes, doubtful he’ll stop adding now, and of course it seems impossible for the average investor to keep tabs on how these small percentages in return for cash are arrived at.

The problem also is Kurt throwing further amounts of our significant money at Kosovo if these next results there are not economically viable, commercial grades, only because there are so many additional targets to go at in the licence areas. I therefore don’t feel we’ll ever stop funding Vardar, even with a few runs of average results, now we’ve begun to do so.

The hope of course is that we have a commercial discovery bigger than Kallak.

It’s a good job though that we aren’t holding our breath. Lol.

Pocko, I’m sure that for people who can afford an abundance of new shares at 2.06p, not just a few shares, yes, it would be a good deal.

Hi Sooz. I thoroughly appreciate why the offer is good from your viewpoint, considering you made the right choice around March time last year with your Options. You could add another million shares at 2.06p and still be ok, if you see what I mean. I’m just disappointed because of the percentage discount and the fact Kurt didn’t raise this money when the sp was higher. It is the lowest sp since the concession award and the largest discount ever applied.

It doesn’t, however, mean that I won’t be happy for other investors who can take advantage of the offer. What I also have a problem with though is that existing holders are only getting the same deal as any new investor this time, albeit we would be given priority over the newbie. Not the same as supporting the company and having an exclusive discount for our loyalty, as was the case with the 3.16p offer.

So I’m very disappointed and hacked off, and if I could afford to add more I’d still be alarmed at how Kurt has managed this, and the resultant amount of shares that will be in issue.

Hi SJ. I do feel that we need a shot in the arm after that offer RNS, so something great out of Kosovo wouldn’t go amiss. I’m looking forward to the Kal PFS though. I am totally p’ed off really matey, so will take one piece of news at a time.

It is a large amount of cash, all things considered. I suppose we will never see a breakdown of where exactly that money has been spent. We are also somewhat powerless to prevent Kurt from continuing to throw more and more money at the project. It’s an endless drain, more so now that there are extra licence areas to explore.

So we must hope for a commercial discovery there and soon.

Pocko, I appreciate what you are saying about Vardar. We’ve mentioned it before haven’t we, about a separate listing on AIM or the like. Accountability.

I’m still here for my one big payday, but the dilution makes that less likely each time. Also, the timescale for Kallak has been horrendous and we don’t have anything really set, a structured time plan for either Finland or Kosovo.

I’m still very much struggling with just why Kurt has offered the largest discount ever, considering that we now have a mining concession. You’d imagine securing such a thing would enhance our credentials, not the opposite, and any discount to the prevailing sp would and should be less.

But no.

I know you’ve been here a very long time. Me too. This is my thirteenth year. I haven’t traded it, massive mistake.

Yes, it doesn’t appear that existing investors are having any preferential treatment over new investors. The discount is for anyone who may be interested, going off the RNS.

I have a double figure average, which answers your question. I’m unhappy as it stands, of course. Shareholders who haven’t traded and who haven’t added shares to reduce their averages, taken up options etc, are currently seeing a very poor performance from this investment. Many of us now in fact, even those of us who have kept averaging down.

Are you still invested, and if so, why Pocko? You don’t seem to have any good words to say about it.
