Roller, this might sound crackers, but I have also lately thought that if the business is so promising, why Kurt doesn’t set the offer price at a slight premium, higher than the current average sp. That may sound bizarre, but it would, after all, also be a way of guaranteeing an ii that they can gain a massive amount of newly issued shares, the volume of which they would find extremely difficult to secure on the open market. This would indicate to me that we have made real progress and do have a premium business, rather than the usual fundraising at bargain prices and giving away our prospects on the cheap.
We always seem over a barrel with the traditional low offer prices at cash call time, but should we be? Kurt is valuing the business lower each time. Lol.
It isn’t funny, but I’m trying to make a point. If you or I tried to buy a large amount of shares on the open market, we’d have to pay above asking price and only be guaranteed so many at once.
If our business is so good, both in the prospects and the proven, why give our shares away on the cheap when we issue more? No! Tell the iis they’ll have to pay handsomely for them!
