Weird receiving this RNS today as a heads up before Christmas. Not sure what it will achieve. A couple of large buys have gone through though, nice discount to the sp prior to this RNS release. Hoping the sp recovers somewhat because it will surely be a real kick in the guts if the subscription price is anything less than the last one of 3.16p.

Sooz, I feel that the Sami will try and delay submissions if they are allowed to, and so far they’ve been allowed to. I know you love our Company, I think we’ve both got an attachment to it and to what it’s trying to achieve, but the sp I feel is important. Especially when raising funds or when we have to repay a loan. We need it up really. I wish I’d have done what you did when you sold your Option shares as well, just as an example, as it would mean I’d been is a less precarious position now, while we continue to wait for the environmental submission in roughly a year’s time.

Yes, for the most part we have evolved Sooz. Though news from around the world is still horrific, in terms of how some people are still treated in their own countries.

I’m wondering what the Court of Appeal will make of the Sami objections. We must surely trust that the Government has not made any mistakes in the granting of our concession, and we know our application was indeed solid, so in spite of the Greta factor, we should have no real cause for concern. I’m hoping for the best and trusting the Court to examine the case without bias.

More delays I expect though, before a verdict. Not sure how long the Sami will be now given to submit everything, not just the initial paperwork, which is only what they seem to have done so far, before this recent deadline.

Unless I picked up incorrectly on that.

Thanks for posting the link Carol. There are a few mistakes in the video, to BEM’s detriment of course, but I’ll leave it at that. I can’t blame the Sami for laying it on thick while leaving out important additional information to further promote their cause.

Thanks again ADF. At least we now know that the Sami folks have today sent in some appeal documentation to the Court. According to the news. The fact that this particular commune has now been granted the 2 million kr. from Greta’s fund should not make a difference to the outcome of the case. If the Government has indeed made the correct decision based on all evidence v criteria for the concession.

Obviously the 2 million kroner from Greta’s foundation for the Sami is very newsworthy though, so fair play. Perhaps they knew this donation was due, hence the extension of time with the Court perhaps. They can afford a better legal team now. Nothing to do with formulation of the objection, but more of a tweaking using the best people available.

It is all very interesting I reckon.

Thanks Andy. I see the Sami legal advocate has misrepresented us as a large corporation with easy access to funds. The big powerful corporation against the tiny Sami folks who have no cash.
