Pocko, the discount was too large when the sp was already so low. I don’t agree with what Sooz is saying but I can appreciate how she’s looking at the situation.

Sooz, he badly planned this fundraise, that’s what I’m sticking with. He is giving parts of our company away for less each time, gradually. It’s contrary to the progress we are supposedly making.

You are right, we were struggling, but look at how much dilution there has been since he took over. I feel terrible now, and I only have to look at my holding and its value to see why.

Roller, I’m not sure why it was such a tiny audience after the Scoping Study results. A larger crowd may have helped. I was actually quite hoping that he’d hurl himself out of the window so the eight attendees could nip for an early coffee, you know, to break them out of their daze.

Sooz, we’ll have to agree to disagree on this one then. Kurt had plenty of time to raise funds last year at a more buoyant sp, and it should have been incorporated into the plans we all thought he had ready for when the concession was awarded. Anyway, our holdings will be seriously diluted again, so I wish you well getting some of these discounted shares to maintain a better average and a decent amount of hope.

CSP, he was a stronger character I would say. I don’t believe I ever felt fleeced when he raised funds because he found a way to drive the sp. He was of course fortunate to be in a bull market at the time. Often helps. Lol. But I felt progress was faster and we certainly did more frequent drilling.

But he upset the locals. Tut tut.

Andy, thanks. What a stumbling presentation that was, and Kurt couldn’t be bothered to put on a pair of decent pants. I’m well peeved after watching it, but mainly because, presentation aside, he’s crashed our investment with the awful timing of the fundraise and this 2.06p discount and I can’t really forgive him. As I’ve said, it looks like we’ve got so much going for us, so why give the company away extremely cheaply now that things are supposedly looking much better? It beggars belief, and yet I’m not surprised. He has been totally weak. Taken the ‘over the barrel’ deal. The easy option. He is also only hoping that the market eventually recognises Vardar and Grafintec, but how will that happen? No timescales for anything there, only that we may drill Viti this year, funds permitting. Well, I may have a pork pie, funds permitting, or not. Is anyone interested? Of course not.

“ Subscriptions under the UK Issue will be considered by the Company with preference to be given to the Company's existing retail investors, subject to certain customary conditions. There will be a minimum subscription of £250 per investor under the terms of the UK Issue.”

I wonder what the “certain customary conditions” are.

He didn’t need to diversify. He could have drilled KS instead. Lol. Keep the number of shares in issue down while he’s at it. Vardar owes us a return. No question about it, but we appear to have done very little drilling when considering the money given over to the project.
