We only knew that he was definitely out to provoke a reaction, and of course it worked, because we had to be vocal in order to defend our investment. He must consider his approach accordingly now, because of the latter, pointing again to the investment we've made in their country and to the damage incurred on BEM due to their avoidance of responsibility towards this investor.
