It isn't the reopening of an old case, one long since dispensed with due to lack of evidence at the time. . If 3p is your prediction though, then fair enough. Kurt has the law to look to, and maybe he must, if the post-election dust settles and nothing happens quickly and to the good for us. Taking legal steps would be an unfortunate measure, but one which would (from what Kurt has stated about our application) see us triumph. I trust that the Swedes also know that. In my opinion. Looks like they've closed the spread and put the Bid down as well. Not great at all, and this happened a few days ago. It did create a bigger volume though, to keep the mms themselves on the up. The Government shake-up can only be a good thing and Kurt surely will not tolerate more of the same treatment in any case, because otherwise this will ultimately end up being quite uninvestable. The licence must be awarded this year. In my view. Now, bugger off and enjoy Berlin. Lol.

Yes, we BMR folks have had nothing to show for our investment so far. Not sure why or even if we would be selling down our JLP shares at this lowly level though, but I do feel that now JLP has effectively secured Kabwe for next to nothing, it appears to have taken its foot right off the gas itself, in terms of progress on the ground. That makes me even more sceptical of the whole alleged "partnership". Nobody really knows exactly just what is actually occurring. This project should be flying out of the traps, yet seemingly just isn't. Anyway, good luck matey. I hope there is justice down the line for shareholders of both companies, and that the investment here turns around for the better. BMR is buggered, so I can only further hope that the relevant people are held to account in the future for its demise. Particularly for the deals struck. Best wishes.
