Interesting post Bob, but just to be clear, I was suggesting more along the lines of the Swedes making good for their own ineptitudes in the licencing process, in our particular case, and in view of the nature of Kallak, both them and us coming out of the situation well. They supporting the Company, post licence grant, which would also be in the national interest. I was not alluding to corruption, more to the failing of what is undoubtedly an unacceptably haphazard system. Cheers Bob.

Good point re LKAB, and I don't feel really, considering the premium nature of Kallak and its ANI status, that the Swedes could mess about a private company over the licence for so long, then not offer its support after the licence is (we must trust) granted. LKAB must be in the picture. All in my humble.
