On the contrary, my mood is perfectly fine. I’m simply calling a spade a spade. Nobody rational (however enthusiastic) behaves as if they are the one and only true messiah - and denigrates literally anyone and everyone else to “prove it”.

I’m a bit old for the kite-surfing, but there has been very little of it over the last two weeks anyway, thanks in part to unpredictable winds that are light and/or gusty. In addition, the beach has disappeared to some parts and there has been considerable damage to sea walls etc from high tides, taking between two and eight feet off the beach down towards Khao Kalok. Hence the comment a while ago re opportunities for builders…..

i’m surprised the share price has drifted down, but clearly we’ve had no news of significance, and the overall market seems uncertain. imo this will only make the production of a news rabbit out of the hat more dramatic…..though when is anyone’s guess.

Loading up is the right course, roses. Some of those complaining also say they have been selling today so, by rights (and assuming they are honest 😬) we should be hearing a lot less from them in future! 👍

I did the same on the dip last year, to slightly below the current levels. We now know that pivotal news on both main products is due in the middle of this year - so I continue not to rule out a bid for the whole company as that point approaches, especially if at least one of the GenMab deals seems likely to generate further milestone payments, as indicated in the results.

IMO these snippets (which I had also noted) are pointing towards partnering for the registration trial of iSCIB1+. Whilst I agree dilution is a risk, remember that a Board decision to dilute shareholders would potentially dilute everyone around the table - and is only likely to be taken if both Vulpes and Redmile stand their corner. partnering continues to be more likely though, I think, the board would have a clear bottom line on the terms of such an agreement and would potentially be prepared to go it alone.

Personally I think there will be a partnering deal announced in Q3. More straws in the wind from the analysts call, I suspect.

“a business update” might imply there is some sort of deal to be released alongside the results……

My takeaway from the analyst briefing & Q&A is that this one is going to be about the business and monetisation routes, not about the science or the minutiae of the trial results .....hence Phil & Sath.

You’ll recall that I made that precise point in a Q to LD at the AGM. Neither is she, as I uncharitably implied.

IMO this is the year when they stick or twist on the best way forward for the next few years (and for the portfolio).

It won’t be the results themselves that are of interest. It will be the commentary.

I’m not sure about global macro or interest rates “normalising” (which means sub-2% short rates and a 2-3% term premium). But I’m quite interested in this comment, which I suspect is the direction of travel:

Yup. That suggests that those two trades were among the last trades that cleared the seller and so the 9.55p price reported for the block was an average price covering sales made over a number of recent days.

Unfortunately, Ruck, a number of those posting on here seem to be professional morons. You are of course right about the broader context.

I have pointed out (many times over the last couple of years) examples of companies being bought for handsome multiples of their preceding day’s share price. This will be another, in due course.

Whilst the share price is whatever it is, the M&A value of the company isn’t changing - and it remains in the region that you and I have previously discussed and agreed upon, pending emergence of further data.

No point in wasting words on people who are determined to argue over irrelevancies. Have a lovely evening. 🙄
