The Directors bought @ 2.1p in Dec 2024. Chairman bought 1m @ 3.1p in August 2024.

Now they have lost 70% of their investment. They have two fantastic products but the sales side is a complete disaster. Apparently Geno oversees it as there is no sales director. Great! They obviously need one. No sales director plus no FDA applications = disaster. Vastly overpaid CEO and Financial director too. The Chairman should resign too as far as I am concerned.

In the USA is worth worth tens of millions IMHO. The sp would be multiples of the current value if 1 application had been done. Then they could have done a placing at say 3p. Inexperienced people being wrongly advised. Any medical equipment supplier who sees this will pounce and make tens, if not hundreds of millions in the coming years.

Approvals positively impact any share price. If our two leaders had managed to put 1 application in the sp would be multiples of where it is now. I don't know what idiots have been advisiong them. USA investors would be on board bigtime if an application had been done and we would not be in this position. A bid is almost certain as it's not a big issue to sort out.

Suppliers. IMHO the MT-RNR1 is worth $millions to the USA market. Yet Genedrive have not, thus far managed to do a deal with any medical equipment suppliers in the USA. It is astounding. Why don't Genedrive approach the largest medical equipment suppliers in the USA and see if some sort of deal can be done? Something like they pay the FDA costs and do the application etc. in return for an exclusive license to sell the MT-RNR1 in the USA, with Genedrive getting a royalty of say 15% per machine.

Approval. If they raise more money they need to do the FDA application for the MT-RNR1. Frankly they should have done it by now IMHO. I believe they can use data generated in the NHS in the application so where are we at with this? Frustrating or what! The FDA applications are key and the directors simply must know that. I do wonder sometimes.
