If Angle Plc's RNS yesterday is anything to go by. Clearly what Myriad Genetics are looking to do. Form an orderly queue. There are plenty of them!

Analyse CtDna in the general blood.

Do the same for circulating tumor cells (CTC's).

Same for urine and spinal fluid maybe.

Not a lot else can be looked at, I think.

The RNS yesterday about the collaboration with Myriad Genetics tells me, after let's face it analysing CtDna to the last molecule the CtDna Companies are looking at CTC's................ That is what the RNS was about. If they apply the same tech to them they are likely to make a lot of progress IMHO.

One presumes this would agreed be behind closed doors. Then we would get an RNS to say the Directors recommend it as being in the best interests of shareholders. The Directors bought around the 2.2p a share mark in December 2024. I can't see them recommending less than this. Any bid will need to be 2.2p plus. I think 2.3p to 3.5p is the range. It has got to happen I think.

£15 million. You get two machines that are already developed and in Hospitals being used.

MT-RNR1.

You get the whole NHS in Scotland already becoming users.

You get the extremely likely prospect of the NHS in the whole uk becoming users.

You get a machine that is unique to the USA market.

You get a machine ready for an FDA application in the USA.

You get a machine that is CE marked so it can be sold in any European Country.

etc........

Then you have the CYP2C19-ID kit machie TOO!

A buyer I strongly suspect would be a medical equipment supplier with a long record of selling to either:-

Countries in the European Union, the USA, the UK or any combination of these.

They would simply use their existing sales team(s) to sell both of Genedrive's machines.

I suspect getting FDA approval in the USA would be a priority.

The Company is a sitting Duck for a takeover.

Any moment there could be an RNS, and that might be it.

Be eligible to buy some at the placing price. The Scottish Government are clearly supportive of the Company. To me it seems likely they wil get the finance to see them through to profitability. If not the Scottish Government and the UK Government will be very embarrassed, to say the least, assuming they can't cut costs and get through that way. I think severe cost cutting could get them through anyway.

I think the market was assuming one machine per hospital, and they seem to be using at least two per hospital. Makes a difference to the financials. Especially when we are looking at about 15 hospitals in Scotland.

Genedrive's International sales people could not hope for better ammunition to sell the machines internationally.

As we know, So this means there won't be any of the slow paperwork to get every test done again at a lab. The installations will be simple, fast and start generating money straight away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The rollout was not expected to start until October. This means invoicing about a month earlier than we were told. Maybe they will scrape by without funding??

Clearly Myriad Genetics want to to test a strong theory by getting Angle to catch and DNA test CTC's from blood taken from people who have already had same with solid tissue sample. They are paying development costs, whatever that means exactly. I bet other CtDna analysis Co's in the World will be interested in this development. Very interested. About time. But Iis this dual analysis or not. Sounds like "sort of". A bit more to this than is in the RNS technically speaking I think. It does not say exactly what Myriad have in their existing solid tissue based assay DNA test, does it. Clearly they are looking for something not mentioned deliberately. Some of their tests involve RNA which is interesting. You need a whole cancer cell to get RNA. CtDna is no good........

Seems to have even bothered. It seems not one multi-billion pharma Co. so far has compared the "gold standard" solid tissue biopsy DNA analysis, whereby the tissue sample comes from the original lump etc.. to the DNA analysis of circulating tumour cells which is from a standard blood sample. Of course the tissue version could be months old or more, the blood version only hours. So we will find out what this can bring to the table now Myriad Genetics have decided CTC DNA analysis might be added to their cancer tests.

What if CTC DNA analysis proves to be more of an accurate representation of a persons cancer?

These Co's have done their homework (presumably) and found ***no study has chesked this***! It appears to be a massive failure of big Pharma (to date). It's nothing short of astounding. What on Earth have big pharma Co's been doing? All waiting for "someone else to do it"?? makes my blood boil.

The solid tissue months earlier? Food for thought. Finding biomarkers in the original solid tissue is how some modern drugs target a cancer at the moment. What if the biomarkers found in CTC's are found to be MORE REPRESENTATIVE of the current state of the cancer? They are up to date, and the tumour tissue was tested usually weeks or months before any treatment starts. It seems logical the CTC's would be a more accurate representation to me.
