$1 billion is about £735,916,400. That divided by shares in issue (497,510,037) is about £1.50 per share.
What is completely unknown is how much of this shall we say expected money is actually built in to the existing share price.
No-one can possibly know exactly how much, and I would have thought if your guess is within 10% you would be lucky.
All you can do is go on experience.
I'm no expert but if more than 50% is included even now I would be surprised.
Current sp £1.95. £1.95 plus 75p (50%) is £2.70p, strangely enough.
All of these posts about this seem to be giving us more idea of where the sp may end up.
