There are a number of new accounts, but it seems clear to me that not all are new people. EI seems to be a new account setup specifically to spread negativity about Kefi. To be fair, KEFIGOLD appears to be a similar account, except that this one is setup specifically to spread positivity about Kefi. I have no doubt that both are very familiar with Kefi from way before their accounts appeared. Fun and games!

Watch on 1.25 or even 1.5 times speed Magic-orb. HAA does speak quite slowly I've found. Not a complaint, but I tend to speed up the interviews a tad if I can.

Assuming it is indeed deliverable from cashflow, then we have the luxury of not having to care very much what the market thinks, at least in the short to medium term. Huge advantages to being cash-generative and so not as dependant on the fickle whims of the market as a non-producer would be.

To flip it around, doing a raise when we don't need one just because the market wants one (debatable) would not be good management! If we need one, then we'll do one, but the market does not determine whether we need one or not. Like others here, it does not seem to me that the BoD want a raise, or think that one is necessary.

The price of fame I fear Magic-orb. We are beginning to appear on the raders of AIM PI pump-and-dumpers, as well as, I suspect, some institutions who may not always be entirely fair, honourable and transparent. It's a good sign overall I think, as tiresome as it may be. Shows that there is some interest being shown from outside, rather than just the same old LTHs.

The gold equities bull is upon us. Many options available, and hard to know which horses to back for the best possible returns. Perhaps wisest not to even try to pick the best, but rather to spread both the risk and the return across a number of options. MTL is a banker for sure - I still hold the majority of the shares from CNR days, plus CVRs of course. But it's not the only company in the gold space, and many are on fire right now, or poised to be shortly.

GLA. This is the time that some of us have been waiting for for years, and I plan to take full advantage, one way or another.

TW is the biggest PI going. Very emotional. May be right, may be wrong, but I give his opinions no more credit than any other PI on these BBs.

Indeed. "post-closing" is the critical phrase IMHO.

It's also "only" $10m. What's that, £7-8m? So ~10% at current prices. Hopefully much less "post-close". No-one likes dilution, that's a given, but it's a simple fact that we don't make any money yet, and so if there are costs to be paid, then we need to find a way to pay them. Would you prefer the whole deal to fall through 'cos KEFI can't find a poxy $10m?

We're at 9.3bn shares in issue at present. It would be nice if we can keep that under 10bn, just for the optics and the calculations, but I suspect it may creep over. If you factor in 11bn shares at start of production, then hopefully you won't end up disappointed.

If you're allergic to dilution, then don't invest in a company which doesn't make any money yet! Simples!

I believe that his arrival at this juncture is not a coincidence, and that he is not a harmless fool, but has rather more nefarious intentions. Either way, he can only play you if you allow yourself to be played. Filter, ignore, do not give him the oxygen. Buy, sell or hold, do as you like, but do not alter your strategy based on his dribble. He does not have your best interests at heart, that much is clear.

Just filter the numpties sharezy. Can't understand those who keep reading, and responding to, every single eejits, post, even when they repeatedly demonstrate they're not worth the effort.

For the avoidence of doubt, it's not about censoring an opposing view and creating a bubble of confirmation bias, in which you sit comfortably in a false sense of security. It's about reducing the noise. There is so much noise on the internet and you simply have to filter some of it out if you're ever going to have a hope at perceiving the real signal underneath. Right or wrong, I do my own research and trust my own instincts. Having done so, I do not have the time or the energy to debate nonsense with idiots 24/7.

There are costs associated with the financing. We will also have running costs between now and production start, to say nothing of SA. Then there will be a substantial sum reclaimed from the fiancing deal itself. How all these factors will be combined and when and how the costs met is unclear. However, we are now (or certainly very soon will be) in a whole new phase of the company's lifecycle, which will open up options. If anyone has sold, or held off buying, for fear of a fundraise, then they would have missed out on the ~50% rise over the last month. No-one has a crystal ball of course (apart perhaps from certain technical pundits), but I think we will have enough options at our disposal that fearing a raise at this stage, is missing the point. That's not to say that there won't be one - there may. But its a hurdle, not an obstacle.
