Jambon have you actually read the balance sheet from the interim accounts and divided tangible assets by number of shares? About 4p mate and that was back in December so they have probably burnt most of any remaining cash by now. If you think you will get anything back in administration, you are a fool.

INTU also on a huge discount to NAV. So long as the NAVs hold up on these two they are true bargains! Where else can you buy property at under two-thirds of its face value and also receive over 5% income?

I don't see anywhere in the offer document where it says how many shares existing holders are entitled to apply for. Why can't thay make things simple! So is it any number, on a basis of 1 for 1 existing share? Anyone know?
