Maybe they can't get supplies from China. Maybe people will just stay at home in lockdown and not travel. Maybe their staff will self-isolate or branches will have to close if staff members test positive.

or maybe its just a dinasaur and headed the same way as debenhams, thomas cook, Centrica, BT, M&S etc etc. Oil is never going to go up much before the shale oil gets switched back on. There's now huge environmental demands on companies like Shell which will hit profitablity. We could be in terminal decline.

Looks like these shares have had it anyway. Debt is 10X market cap and net cash and tangible assets are way into negative territory. It'l either be bought out or go bust within 12 months.

Patience might get you a low ball offer of £4 - £5 from PE once they have gone over the figures, or at worse it might get suspended and untradeable.

They have a massive debt pile, no net cash, and negative tangible assets as nearly half the stated assets are intangibles so not worth anything in a fire sale.

What exactly does the RNS mean; I can't figure out why it has had such a dramatic affect on the share price?

You guys looking for this turning are deluding yourselves; VAL has been a serial destroyer of wealth for the last 10 years, just look at the chart. If anything good ever does come out of VAL then the insiders will get it; not PI's. Sorry but that's how it works.

Yes I know all that and have seen the presentation @ Hardman on youtube. My point is that if you can't get a loan on reasonable terms then just dont get it at all; it only leads to more poverty and grief.

Cash flow looks fine? Cash and cash equivalents at half year 17m vs 8m last year. Can you explain the 'money coming in, money going out' problem that you see for me please?
