If they have a 2.4m short term debt which is a problem to refinance then why shouldn't an equity raise clear it?

chanjael, if you sell now you will get little over 40p so you may as well hold unless desperate. Before any bid, the share price was 36p to 39p. If worse came to the worse then a rights issue would easily remove the 2.5m debt that keeps getting recycled. HAYT share cap is 25m so a rights to raise 2.5m or even 5m should not be a problem unless there has been an underlying deterioration that we know nothing about. I have seen several large sells go through, each for 30K shares at a little over 40p; does someone know something or is it a trader getting impatient?

I still reckon we'll see sub 100p; maybe settle around 80p. A one theme bar is not a good business really at any price.

I've already dealt with that one. One theme bars that can go out of fashion anytime, ongoing costs to keep them up to scatch, and increasing wage costs. Plus similar pub/club shares have had a track record of going bust with familiar regularity.

How exactly are you averaging 115.2p when you previously claimed your ave was 119p and you just topped up at 116p? Seems you live in a fantasy world where you buy low and the share is going to rocket; neither of which will happen with this dog of a share and busted business model.

No I was originally in under 40p before the bid with three tranches fro 37-39p; then since the bid been trading it from 45.6p-47.4p to the lower 50's. Reckon any bid/merger will be around 48p but before then it might well ramp up to the lower fifties again. Happy days.

Bit better price than last time but then things are dragging out. Maybe I'll win the virtual champagne afer all; think mine was the lowest bid target at 48p.

But if Tories win as expected, you'll have to buy back at a much higher price. Whatever happens, UTW still has its energy-saving arm and can presumably move into other areas.

I told you six months ago exactly what would happen; the same as with other Chinese/asian-listed AIM companies. They raise money from retail punters on an over-hyped flotation; then shares get relentlessly sold down, then the NOMADs and brokers resign having received their fat fee but having done no due dilligence or protected the PI, then the shares get delisted. Where has that money gone that was invested? - to people in the know. The whole thing stinks! If it is not a scam as you say then I don't know what is.
