"EdGasket,watch and learn how to make real money." I've been watching shares for too long! Fourth time I've traded this thanks; making real money; maybe not as much as you but its all relative.

Sold at 56p; took a while; was only offered 52p for a while. Will buy me a few more beers. Trading update was fine but nothing new. Will buy again if it drifts back to 47p, if not I have done very well out of this share so no worries.

The share price would only exceed the offer price if 'the market' thinks a counter bid is likely at a higher price. It's rare but can happen in which case you can sell or hang on and see if there is a better bid.

The shares just carry on trading as normal because any offer will need to be voted on. It usually takes a few weeks to months to all go through but you can sell in the market at any time. However if you need your money its probably not best to have it in a small-cap share full stop (anything can happen).

The latest HAYT said was: "We look forward to updating the market with further detail of our continued good progress on Thursday 20 April." So I would suggest something more positive than not is on the cards. It would be pretty stupid of them to mention 'good progress' and then land us with a shocker.

Ha, well spotted; buy the missus a few coffees more like. Hope tomorrow has something positive.

Not as good as my 45.6p last week :) graham-wales, I really think you should buy a load more of these as they are such a bargain like you say, so we can get back to the lower 50's and I can offload mine again.

21K shares bought @47p after the close. Tomorrow will be a better day.

We'll see; could be nothing more than trend trading. Last Monday they went down at the close but were up strongly on Tuesday. Hard share to trade with the spread often 10% or more.

6p ! Over 13%. Sale just went throught at 43p, buy quote 49p!

What's the point in buying now? Latest trading statement says they don't plan to make a 'positive gross margin' (let alone a profit) until 2018 before which they'll probably need £££££££'s

No point keep saying the same things; just have to wait for news of the bid or no bid, and/or the financing. Shares seem fairly priced all things considered but the spread is greedy.

Hang on a minute mate, you accused me of missing the boat RE. your post "Not bad for your second post on here guess you missed the boat. It won't drop back down to 48p so if you want in you better hurry up." Hence I replied to show that was not the case. Then you accuse me of de-ramping after your pathetic attempts to ramp this stock. People in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!

I've already done very nicely out of HAYT thank you so not really worried what happens. In summary bought 39p and 40p sold 53p and 54p; bought 47p, sold 53p. If they drop back to 47p I might be tempted again. Remember cash is king and HAYT are short of it. A bid at 48p might well be 'in best interests of shareholders' especially if the directors get a bung.

Put me down for a bid at 48p That would be 20% above asset value and 33% above pre-bid price. Then it will be rejected, probably end of story. They should sort out the finance though and recover in their own right. The bid is just opportunistic as HAYT are short on cash.

Price fell back though; no guarantee of an offer or if there is that it will be accepted. Also an offer of 48p would be 25% up on the pre-offer price so lets not get carried away here. Seen it all before.
