Nonsense, I stated the facts, anyone can find the same facts on Google, you don't need AI to find the information, a simple search is all you need. The Minister HAS DONE HIS BIT, it is now up to the CHAIRMAN of the COMMITTEE to present the REPORT. Parliament DOES NOT debate the Agreement it debates THE REPORT, that is FACT, easily fact checked. What anyone THINKS has nothing to do with it, read THE FACTS!!
If anyone wants to question the Minister of Lands, they must request that said Minister present himself to Parliament to answer questions, that DOES NOT stop the Chairman of the Committee from presenting the Report and for Parliament to discuss the Report, with questions directed to THE CHAIRMAN, because it is THE CHAIRMAN that is the one that knows all of the information, advice and decisions within the Report, the Minister for Lands DOES NOT HAVE THE ANSWERS to anything in the Report, only on General Ministry Policies, Laws and Rules.
The Ewoyaa Agreement has already been laid, it was subsequently referred to the committee.
RNS 22 December "The Company is pleased to confirm that a revised Mining Lease HAS BEEN SUBMISSTED to the Parliament of Ghana and referred to the Select Committee, per the necessary process for ratification."
"In the Parliament of Ghana, committee reports are laid before the House by the Chairperson of the specific committee that considered the matter."
The Chairperson of the Lands Committee is Hon. Collins Dauda, he is the one that needs to be available.

"After a committee in Ghana's Parliament reports on an agreement (e.g., petroleum or international deals), the House DEBATES THE REPORT and usually adopts it, followed by ratification through a formal resolution. The agreement may undergo further consideration stages, amendments, or final approval before it becomes a binding legal document."
