Just in case anyone is wondering if the Urgent Certificate only applies to Bills, no it doesn't.

I asked Google: "ghana parliament, can a commercial agreement be ratified on an urgent certificate"

Google says: "Yes, the Parliament of Ghana can ratify commercial agreements or pass related agreements under a Certificate of Urgency, bypassing standard pre-publication timelines. This mechanism is often utilized to expedite crucial projects—such as petroleum agreements—allowing the agreement to be considered, approved, and authorized in an accelerated manner."

Process: "A bill or agreement under a certificate of urgency can go through all stages—first reading, committee referral, and passage—very quickly, often in one day, bypassing the required prior gazette publication."

Application: "It is commonly used for agreements requiring quick government action. Examples include petroleum agreements and mining leases, such as the 2013 Oxford Academic and 2025 proposals."

What I myself realised on listening to the debate is that the Growth and Sustainability Bill must have been processed on a 1 day Urgent Certificate. This is what I said weeks ago could be used to get the Ewoyaa Agreement through in 1 day. With Parliament potentially going into Recess at the end of 27 March, an Urgent Certificate for Ewoyaa would be highly appropriate, considering Ratification is already over 2 years late.

"Urgent Bills: If a Bill is certified by the relevant committee as being of an "urgent nature," it can be introduced without the 14-day publication requirement and taken through all stages (readings, debate, and passage) in one day."

It was NOT in the Business Statement for this week.

It was NOT in the Order Paper for today.

It was put into the schedule at very short notice under an Order Paper Addendum. This shows it listed as FIRST READING, which means it did go through all steps in 1 day, which can only be done under an Urgent Certificate.

Absolutely! I'd much rather sit back and hold, buy more on dips if I have the cash, but sell? Not interested, that's for short term traders looking for 5% or 10% not investors looking for 100%, 200%, 300%+, there's no need to get anxiety, stress and high blood pressure by constantly watching the share price to sell out and get back in, just chill out and wait for Ratification. Anyone that can't wait should sell out and move their money to stock(s) they feel more comfortable with, simple as that.

The Majority Leader said that Parliament 'might' go into recess at the end of the day on 27 March, he urged Committees and Committee Leadership to get their Reports in ASAP so that their business can be concluded before 27 March. Clearly this plus the Gold 2% reduction Bill are all nudging the Chairman of the Lands Committee in the ribs to get the Ewoyaa Report in next week.

"what the market thinks", no, the market does not, SOME of the market might, but the rest of the market has it's own ideas, including the part of the market that is me, thinking that the Ewoyaa Committee Report will be laid next week, following today's laying of the Bill to reduce the costs to Gold Miners by 2% since the Sliding Scale Royalty became Law, they certainly wouldn't do that 2% reduction Bill and completely forget all about Ewoyaa Ratification which is the primary reason that the Sliding Scale Royalty became Law in the first place.

What you need to do is read what it says in the report today:

The cost savings are under the heading "Highlights from the Reporting Period:"

And the reporting period is ...................... "unaudited Interim Results for the half-year period ended 31 December 2025"

So the cost savings were made PRIOR to 31 December.

That's not news, its ancient information being repeated in the half year report, we knew all about it ages ago, it's not just happened.

The Majority Leader has today laid the change to the Growth and Sustainability levy Bill, this is what they said they would do to ease the costs to the Gold Miners following the Sliding Scale Royalty maturing into Law.

They are clearly on the case for things related to the Royalty LI that was created to facilitate Ewoyaa Ratification, so I do expect that the Committee Report will be laid before Parliament soon, next week is my thinking, the Gold Miners are getting their fix and we will get Ratification too.

LNG also proving to be a bad idea when you have country leaders willing to cause disruption to fuel supplies. bioMSAR ZERO is the best option as it takes fossil fuels completely out of the equation. MSAR and bioMSAR also reduce the amount of fossil fuels, spreading out the available fuel.

You clearly don't have an Institutional Investor mindset. They are the ones that see this Solar as more proof that the CEO is doing what he said he would do and he's achieving his milestones much faster than his targets, which points to Zenith Energy as being a good company to invest in.

The Portfolio is not all 2028, it's 2026, 2027 and 2028, so there is 3 years of growth, revenue and profit right there, just what Institutional Investors like to see, and they are no doubt the ones causing huge volumes in Oslo, with 32% of the stock traded since 3 March.

No, because they are not doing Roadshows to fuel buyers, they are doing Roadshows to investors, investors don't buy shipping and power station fuel.

Last November I said "250MWp by the end of 2026 is achievable, so that would be my next target."

It is only mid March, there's 9.5 months to go to year end yet Zenith is already at 163.5 MWp, requiring only 36.5MWp to reach it's 2026 target of 200MWp. They could easily be at 200MWp in 2-3 months just continuing at the same rate of acquisitions they've been going at.

It's easy to see that what I said last November was true, 250MW is achievable this year, the only thing that would stop that happening is if Zenith stop acquiring projects when they reach 200MWp. I don't think they'll stop, I think they'll keep going to at least 250MWp this year.

Zenith Energy Ltd. • The Acquisitions are currently in the development stage.

• The Company expects the Acquisitions to reach Ready-to-Build ("RtB") status by March 2028.

Must be something going on if they are going to the bother of multiple Roadshows. Might explain today's buys.

"Apparently for every buy there is a seller!!!!! according to some", yeah, those that like to 'cover up' the buys, probably MM's or Dealers themselves.

Fact is, an O trade, which all of these show as, are done by Market Makers. Only 'AT' trades are done on SETS by matching a buyer and seller without an MM involved unless the MM has stock and chooses to do the SETS trade to keep liquidity moving.

With the sell off and low volume, the stock will have come out of the MM's pool of the stock that they hold to keep an orderly market. So the buyer is an II or PI and the seller is the MM.

When the MM's pool of the stock drops, they raise their prices (which is what's happened today with the rise pretty much on these big trades which are 2.5m of the 3.5m traded), and when they get a lot of stock in their pool they lower the prices.
