I took a big paper profit hit back then too, but due to the information that came out afterwards about the bias of two people in the Arbitration Panel and their associations with the Tunisian defence, my view was it had to be Annulled, no question, so I doubled my holding prior to the rise and am now into a very nice paper profit again.

There's an ICC Expedited Process that Zenith could request for ICC-2 where the decision is rendered within 120 days. When you consider that all of the evidence from both parties has already been submitted, that a new Arbitration Panel can read all of that information and come to a decision fairly quickly, the decision could come much sooner than 120 days, maybe 60-90 days. The Expedited Process sets up the Arbitration in something like 7-14 days, so no delay waiting for it either. I believe the case warrants the Expedited Process because it's been running since 2023 and was subject to a biased decision that had to be annulled.

I'm looking forward to multiple price moving news items to keep pushing the price up. I'm also looking ahead to big Special Dividends on winning ICC-2 and ICSID, the CEO has promised shareholders that, should we win the case(s).

Potential settlement by Tunisia, it's getting to squeaky bum time for them now, only 36 days to the ICSID hearing and the point of no return, there's still time for them to avoid a massive fine but the offer has to be acceptable and come in the next few weeks

The price reached 17.5p leading up to ICC-2 so if it's Annulled then that should be back on the cards as a minimum.

When you consider that since the ICC-2 decision last year, Zenith Energy has accumulated 163.5MWp of Solar, potentially up to $4.5bn worth of Uranium and, more recently, restarted more Gas production in Italy. Based on all that, if ICC-2 is Annulled, we should be valuing the company much higher than 17.5p per share.

Now, as you say, if ICC-2 is Annulled, it creates a huge confidence boost on ICC-2 and ICSID, confidence that was destroyed on the biased and possibly criminal ICC-2 result will return. Where this takes the price above and beyond the above I can't really guess, as we've not been there yet, but hopefully the Broker Analysts and Institutions Fund Managers will decide it's a lot higher.

This looks good. If they keep going at this rate and get through two bills per day, they will finish all of these on Wednesday, leaving Thursday or Friday free to do ours on a Certificate of Urgency.

They have got through quite a lot and are now on the SECURITY AND INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES BILL, 2025, at the CONSIDERATION STAGE. They have been hearing and voting on amendments.

One proposed Amendment to Clause 14 is going to 'further consultation with the National Security Council', so once they have got through the list of Amendments today, that Bill will be going away for a while.

I am hedging my bets after selling yesterday. Buy order set at 4.5p let’s see what happens.

There is always profit taking after a nice rise so happy to take the chance.

That's not the spread, it's only the average of MM's advertised prices, you need to look at the trades to get the true spread.

I've just read through todays Order Paper and there's some Bills that are on their final steps to completion today. I suspect the Business Committee want to get these finished off and out of the way today/tomorrow, then the road will be clear to put in the Ewoyaa Committee Report on a Certificate of Urgency. The reason they would do that can be seen from last weeks Growth and Sustainability Bill (2% reduction for Gold Mining) that was introduced on a Certificate of Urgency, under that CoU the Bill takes precedence and is the first business of the day, worked through all it's steps before anything else gets a look in, so if they put the Ewoyaa Report in today on a CoU it would interrupt and hold up the Bills on second and third readings.

Ewoyaa Ratification can be done on a Certificate of Urgency and I'm sure it will be in this session. After reading the Order Paper I'm thinking Thursday or Friday this week.

My guess is that the 1.7m shares is only there to keep a lid on the price whilst they squeeze out any sellers below that price as the II's hoover up the stock that's freed up. So yes, if the 1.7m eventually goes then it'll shoot up, because all the cheaper stock will have been squeezed out of the market.
