The Minority are arguing against just because Ewoyaa was their baby and when they lost the election it became the other sides baby, they are arguing against their own agreement, all that's been changed by the NDC is the royalty and adding in 1% to go to a community fund, everything else is what the Minority NPP put in the agreement. The Minority Leader arguing that Spodumene was about the same price when they were in Parliament with a fixed 10% royalty, is completely missing the point that the Spodumene price tanked to a third of that last year and, at their fixed 10% royalty would have severely impacted profitability (as royalty is taken from sales prices, not from profit). At the 5% in the Sliding Scale Royalty LI it made the mine viable even at $700/t.

The usual politicians way of claiming something but omitting half of the facts to suit their agenda.

Yes it's annoying that the big orange dictator has completed forked the markets with his war of choice, but it's not going to make any difference to the valuation as far as bidders are concerned. The Lithium price and the Lithium price forecasts are still the same, a short term war doesn't affect the long term planning of Battery manufacturers and big Lithium companies looking to secure resources in politically stable countries.

Ignore the price, hold out for the bidding war.

Did you notice the Majority chap, Chief Whip I think, saying that 'he notified the Minority of the intention to lay the Committee Report two hours ago', so the Order was only put forward at about 16:14.

As I said yesterday, I bought 190k at 15:13, didn't see the Order Paper until 16:24, which fits with what he said, it was ordered late in the day and they tried to squeeze it in.

The Order Paper says "AT THE COMMENCEMENT OF PUBLIC BUSINESS " so it should be one of the first things presented today.

All this stuff about where we are listed is a moot point anyway, because once we have Ratification next week, the bidders will come in and the successful one will acquire Atlantic Lithium, we will get 50p, 60p or even 70p per share and move on to our next investments.

Atlantic Lithium is listed in Australia because it's an Australian company. I emailed the company about the holdings RNS and they said they are Governed by ASX regulations, so LSE is the secondary listing not the primary.

Also, Atlantic Lithium is listed in Ghana, where some days there's zero trade and other days maybe up to 3000 shares.
