That says they have no response to offer, they know Zenith Energy is right in it's claims for Annulment and to argue it would be futile. I hope they can see that arguing the ICSID case will also be futile and the best decision they could make is to offer an acceptable settlement.

As far as Tunisia offering an acceptable settlement, the appointment of Charles Michel to Clay Arbitration could be the final punch that swings it. Their Legal Team can look at the Charles Michel appointment, look at the fact they had no argument against ICC-2, look at our mountain of evidence in the ICSID claim, then advise the Tunisia Government that they are screwed and therefore the best option is to make early settlement.

Tunisia has held out for years in the hope of ruining Zenith Energy to the point where it either gives up on the claims or goes out of business, but our profitable Italian Gas Assets and some funding has not only kept the company going but allowed it to gain a 163.5MWp of Solar and $billions worth of Uranium. They now know that their hopes we might give up or go bust were fantasy and there is now a real prospect that we win a massive claim against them. Settling early to save some money is the logical decision to take at this point in time, before the hearing on 20 April.

I like that Paa Kwesi Schandorf is confident that Ratification is just dotting i's and crossing t's, no issues to worry about. As I said earlier today, the fact that his ministry have not contacted Atlantic Lithium to change anything in the Agreement, means it's all fine to go ahead as is.

How far up it goes on Ratification is anyone's guess. My guess would be £250m is doable if the Institutions hoover up any freely available stock. Ratification is the green light for them.

Therefore Ratification will be done in this sitting!!!!

This sitting adjourns either on 27 March or 2 April IF they keep going for a 9th week. (Friday 3 April is a public holiday).

I see from today's Order Paper that the Business Committee is sitting tomorrow to decide the outline business for next week.

Two things come to mind.

1) The Order Paper says next week is the 8th week. In the past I can see Parliament often sits for 9 weeks. In parliament a few days ago the Majority Leader said 'IF we adjourn on 27 March", so it is an IF, they might still sit another week if they have Legislative business to finish (not statements and questions, just law making).

2) The Business Committee usually do the meeting on a Thursday. I take it that they are doing it on Wednesday because they are currently starting on Monday instead of Tuesday. It might get us the Business Statement on Thursday or Friday if they can remember to upload it.

ASX got the news when their market opened, same information we got, it just seems to have taken them a while to understand the implications re Ghana Pension Funds buying in.

ASX dropped at the open, so some just saw the word 'placings' and pressed the ejector seat button without reading or understanding the news. The price then bounced back as a few others did read and understand the news, but it wasn't until late in the day that the price started to make gains as more people cottoned on to the implications.

Now 46,636,769 traded in Oslo, the recent high was 50,204,531 traded on 11 March, so it should easily pass that today.

With Ratification likely before 27 March, getting these Pension Funds in at pre-Ratification prices seems like a sweetheart deal to keep Ghana Pension Fund Managers happy. Suppose on Ratification the price doubles, the Pension Fund performance looks great doesn't it.

Something crossed my mind today and that is, Atlantic Lithium have not heard from the Committee, yet the press said that the Committee have completed their review of the Ewoyaa Agreement.

If the Committee had found anything in the Agreement that they believed needed to be changed, whether to guarantee Ratification, to suit existing laws, for clarification purposes, typos, etc, the Committee would have had to contact Atlantic Lithium, as they would need to sign off any changes no matter how small.

The fact the Committee haven't contacted Atlantic Lithium suggests to me that the Agreement is perfectly fine as is, including all of the terms and conditions.

Not sure what your problem is with someone explaining something logically for everyone, with good intentions, maybe take that hand and brush that chip off your shoulder 😂😂

Despite the recovery to the pre-ICC-2 price, the Market Cap is still a paltry £49.34m. This stock could easily be 3x that and nobody would bat an eyelid if it was. Looking at how much it's risen is not the way to look at it, looking at what it should be valued at is definitely the way to look at it and that's what Institutional Investors do, they are the ones driving it up to what they see as a realistic valuation, it's not private investors or short term traders driving this rise, around 50% of the stock traded across 3 markets since 3 March, about £25m worth at today's price, that's not PI's.

Price in Oslo, the main market by far, NOK1.035 which is equal to 8.086 pence.

It's not frothy at all, look at the 2 year chart, it's only back to where it was prior to the ICC-2 arbitration spike, no froth anywhere that I can see, and the previous high is 17.5p so could still have a long way to go.

In any case, you're wasting your time trying to talk it down here, Oslo is 10x the volume of LSE and is the main market for the stock, they will dictate the price, not UK investors.

It reached NOK1.35 in Sweden, that's 10.76p 😲
