2) The Committee sits tomorrow at 10am. From the Order Paper:

3) Parliament sits at noon tomorrow, so the Committee could make it their first task after the meeting to lay their Report before Parliament and recommend Ratification.

What that tells me is it must mature at the end of the sitting, or at least it does effectively, because at the end of the sitting Parliament adjourns, so there is no business occurring for the rest of today that can stop it maturing at midnight.

It's still going through tonight. The Minister for Lands and Natural Resources is adamant.

Indeed, the only known issue with Ewoyaa Agreement Ratification was the Royalty, but that issue is fixed by the Royalty LI, so it should sail through.

Committee approval and recommendation to Ratify the Ewoyaa Agreement should IMVHO happen maybe as early as Wednesday, following the Committee meeting tomorrow where they are sure to note the the Royalty Sliding Scale has matured into Law.

Nothing in there about the Royalty LI is a good thing as it means no Motion has been laid by the Minority to discuss it, or to call for an annulment vote, leaving it to mature into Law at the end of the 21 sitting days.

I'd say 'COMMITTEE ON LANDS AND NATURAL RESOURCES' is 'something in there" as one of their 2026 activities, hopefully the #1, is to give Parliament their report on the Ewoyaa Agreement, to recommend it is Ratified and to pass it back to Parliament for discussion and voting.
