Teslo, are you always going to be a ****womble?
Teslo. Karma .So you wish death on posties?
97.6 yes
77% turnout
Most people I have spoken with , would be happy with 5 to 5.5% , so another 3 to 3.5% no strings attached and then consultation for change using the methods for change already in place.
Turnover of staff is so large on delivery, that those replacing them would easily be able to fill the sunday working as all new starters already have Sunday working in their contracts.
As for the 3 hour later start, it's commercial suicide.
I would be surprised if its not around the 90% mark for IA and a turnout of 70% even though a number of ballot papers never arrived.
I'm sure Simon Putin as a CEO of a company the size of Royal Mail has been called far worse.
Now some of the other board of dictators are far worse, Stalin(sales dictator) and Hitler( policy and resources dictator) are of a different breed.
And as I have said before, you don't seem to mind posties children suffering. I also shall not discuss it further.
Maybe he counts it as a badge of honour ??
Redceo, he doesn't seem to have a problem with it as he has replied to a number of people referring to him with that name on Workplace.
Not sure how he can make redundancies on delivery, when he doesn't have enough posties to deliver the mail at the minute. I guess he could try processing as new machinery comes in.
Looks like Simon Putin underestimated the number of managers that were prepared to walk. Once the figures were in from Regional directors, he knew he was up ****creek . Lots of the pics refused to go to Delivery offices unless they were in pairs , due to being office workers with no delivery office experience at all.
Putin had no choice but to backtrack.
It worked at the last strike and this time they won't have managers to drive lorries or deliver/man callers offices because they are working to rule/striking. A large percentage of managers that aren't going to walk out have said they will still work to rule.
They don't need to strike more than 1 day a week.
It will be a rolling strike which affects 3 days post as different departments walk out each day.
Processing, distribution, delivery .
The result is the delivery strike 1 day but receive very little work for 2 other days.
Anger , I think that is the problem with GLS . Because they aren't unionised and were underpaid, the drivers especially are now saying pay me the going rate or I leave . GLS has no option but to pay it. As GLS has a much larger proportion of Lorry Drivers, it's wages will rise far more then Royal Mails wages as a percentage.
We mustn't forget that inflation in many European countries is far worse than in the UK.
Anger, I'm not sure GLS will be the jewel in the crown for much longer. It is very much driver led and they have had very large wage increases in some countries, I think I read 30% in one country.
Now I know drivers are in short supply so wages are reflecting that but you also have to factor in that Rico Back paid peanuts to many working for GLS, so they are now catching up .
Due to this GLS won't be returning the same profits as previously .
Oli , nothing would suprise me with this share.
Area management were asking managers today to let them know if they would be walking out on the 1st strike date. It seems that more than expected are prepared to walk out.
Anger , I know what your saying but this muppet has needed calling out for a long time , he's tried to ridicule one poster on here after another.
The 1st date that is possible for the posties to go on strike is August 2nd but many think it will be the following week.
Other news , we are finding that Special delivery and Tracked items have increased by a massive amount compared to last July even though we are no longer delivering covid tests.
Letters are also up but d2ds down.
REDCEO, I missed you, you failed to converse for so long.
He gained the nickname Putin due using executive action to impose a payrise and change. This has never been used before not even by Rico Back.
This name originated from managers and has trickled down to the workforce. One regional director has also used a similar phrase.
So please don't go on about the poor children because you didn't give a dam about posties children when you said take the 2% and be grateful, even though it ment part time workers would no longer be able to pick the kids up from school , even though they took the jobs in the 1st place for that reason. Many have said that if the later starts come in then they may as well work full time elsewhere and pay childcare costs.
Now all this bleating on about how obscene I am makes me think your Gary Lineker.
Kind regards the village idiots best mate and worried shareholder.

That's great news that you won't be conversing with me , makes a change from everyone blocking you. I think you have a poster of Simon Putin on your bedroom wall.
Is it really because the multi named poster that knows all doesn't really know all.
Kind regards very obscene , think of the children shareholder.
Obscene, your priceless. You are the one that for months has been getting posties backs up, with your comments about be grateful for 2%, if you don't like it leave, your overpaid for sticking letters through a door, your just manual Labour, yet when you get called out you go crying to mummy. Now your trying to say posties are having a go at shareholders. We are shareholders, that's the point , we also know what's going on in the company but you know best.
Kind regards an Obscene shareholders.
