They can't find enough Temps now Anger because they get paid more for far easier warehouse work.
Most the temps I've seen do about half the amount a regular employee does and lasts about 2 weeks. We no longer employ them because they are a waste of time and money.

But we aren't delivering the mail through the week because we don't have enough posties. So still no redundancies.
The only ones they could make are in processing, through new machines

Callers offices closed.
When its explained that the board consider us a parcel not a letter company, that there isn't enough posties to do the deliveries, so letters are left behind. That firms won't mind waiting until the afternoon to get mail, it becomes very clear who is to blame.

As a number of investors on here have been told many times about the poor leadership of Royal Mail by the workforce, managers and posties.
