Anger , I've always found you to be a decent poster on here. You have never been afraid to ask questions, to do with the workings of Royal Mail.
You have never tried to undermine those that work for the company.
Myself and others on here that work for Royal Mail just like to point out the total garbage that others put on here, some of it is complete and utter tosh.
Many of us are shareholders and are seeing the total shambles that this board is making of the company.
We are a letter company delivering parcels. We will always be a company that delivers letters and if that stops Royal Mail will be nationalised.
Most posties have encouraged the board to expand the company , fight for more parcel business and expand the company. Unfortunately they haven't won more business and are running the company into the ground.

You have been going on about temps for weeks and your claim that they come at no cost due to Angard. Yet most come via other agencies. Drivers in large numbers from Pertemps at double the cost. Now you claim they are subcontracted, by Angard , so are you now trying to claim at no extra cost.
Then we come to the Complete tosh about vacancies being down. If that's the case , why are deliveries failing in every office and why are so many of the younger workers leaving . I think you make it up as you go along.

I will say it for the last time JB. MOST AGENCY WORKERS AT ROYAL MAIL DONT GET EMPLOYED VIA ANGARD . Is that clear enough for you. We are paying numerous agencies because Angard can't find the workers.

JB . Where are 20000 agency coming from?
They can't fill delivery jobs now so why would agency staff come to Royal Mail for less pay than they already get working in a warehouse or food plant. Order pickers get £15 an hour in this area, and the further South you go the more it gets.
