Sodium-ion batteries may not have large profit margins but once those batteries are added into a smart energy management system for homes including overnight charging and solar energy charging you add value and improve margins on the whole package. That's where the profits are made .

Absolutely agree with you on that point ! It's too good a bargain to ignore . Amte are right at the start of launching their sodium-ion battery "ultra safe" for green energy storage plus their specialist knowledge of high power battery technology . It's a great fit .

This article mentions biowaste from the forestry industry to make hard carbon anodes . I assume it's one of the same as DGI's . It's a pity DGI can't save AMTE they would be a great fit !

I hope the three amigos (ex-Tesla) from DG Innovate buy AMTE for their battery development and production.

This article says it all ...AMTE are at the leading edge of this technology. It even mentions biomass waste from the forestry industry , which I assume is the anode developed by DG Innovate 💡 . The battery AMTE helped to develop with DG Innovate.

I really can't see AMTE going under they should be snapped up !

Perhaps Pinnacle were looking to get a supply deal sorted with one of their contacts in the industry and have failed to get any business . So that's why they haven't stomped up any more cash and are delaying proceedings until January . AMTE had no option, after running out of cash, to go into administration. Looks like Pinnacle have got cold feet , in my view . I doubt if they will proceed.

We might even get a better deal on the table with fewer warrants .You have to be in it to win it , and we certainly are in it right up to our necks in the brown stuff 🤣🤣 There is always hope and there are now new government incentives for investment 😀 👍

It's not good news about AMTE going into administration. They were working with DGI to develop their sodium-ion battery .

Oh sorry I got confused 😕 with events . It that case I can't work it out ...

I'm not sure what is going on here ! The £400k was in exchange for shares in AMTE sold to Pinnacle at 0.5 as soon as that happened the share price doubled to 1.0 (given the fact that a further rescue deal was announced) . So I guess Pinnacle could have sold those shares in the meantime, got their money back and made an extra £400K profit . Then they back out of the rescue package.

This is some information about graphite for anodes. Any battery developer making a battery for EVs in Europe has to get it's processed graphite from China . Greenroc mining are planning to build their own processing plant , the only one in Europe, to process their graphite into battery grade graphite. This plant will take a few years to build . Greenroc haven't even started to mine the graphite in Greenland and that too will take a few years . Read 1st RNS ! So DGI then had a market cap of over £40 million in April 2022 . That was after receiving a total of over £18 million in funding prior to that date (only two million short of today's market cap in funding)

Now , currently, we have a dream team of ex-Tesla executives (the three amigos) . DGI is now more advanced with its projects and has the MOD as a major backer and potential customer of it's powerful and robust electrical powertrain and engine. Plus a solid carbon anode made from biowaste . Graphite anodes are currently made in China and the Chinese have a monopoly on them !

What is there not to like?? It's a no-brainer at this price !!

The only way for the SP is up , up and away !! IMHO,

Massive potential here on both the electric motor and solid carbon anode. Very exciting 😀 ! The share price should go beyond the moon over the next few years . One to hold and never sell !! IMHO, DYOR, etc., etc..

I would think it was highly likely that PREM have bought back the 50% at a bargain price. I remember seeing a video of George having a joke about why it's called the mining industry . The answer ..." that's mine , that's mine and that's mine " Now he can say it's 100% PREMs . ... It would be rude not to and they have the money to do so ....which isn't a coincidence IMHO.

DG Innovate have developed a solid carbon anode from biomaterial which would normally go into landfill . The recipe for this solid carbon anode is a secret and DG Innovate haven't taken out a patent on it because as soon as you do that you have to describe it in all its detail . So everyone gets to know about it . So currently they are keeping it a secret.

As we know AMTE have worked with DG Innovate to develop a battery using their new material . I would expect any contracts to manufacture the batteries would be awarded to AMTE as DG Innovate wouldn't want their secret technology shared with another manufacturer or company.

It's looking good for AMTE !

Wednesday is the general meeting when the vote happens . So after Wednesday the sp should really take off . Huge potential with mass world markets. The technology and chemistry will change and develop and evolve as it always has done but AMTE have the knowledge and expertise to adapt to those changes . They are just at the point of launching their sodium-ion batteries and there is a world market out there waiting for them !
