Looks like the well position is in the right spot for sepentinization I.e. the generation of hydrogen fron water and the reaction with igneous rocks called ultramafics (rocks from magma )

The well is positioned next to Lake Rukwa for water plus is near the Rungwe Volcanic Province for magma rocks . Plus there are faults fissures and shale traps !

Basically an underground hydrogen generator .

They will be sampling and testing everyday over those 7 to 10 days before the results are announced . So if news lands on Monday it's decision day today and tomorrow . In or out ? Now is the time to decide.

The fact that HE1 has accidentally come across hydrogen adds a new dimension to the whole business. Deep within the earths crust there are reactions happening with water to produce both hydrogen and helium. A rare occurrence and a potential never-ending supply . There should be a way to commercially exploit it .

This is likely to be turned into a helium and hydrogen play now so this isn't just a helium company any more . Looking forward to the results . 😀

Helium and hydrogen don't dissolve in water . They have been liberated by a reaction with hot rocks deep within the earth's crust . Then they are conveniently transported through that water to the earths surface via a network of cracks and fissures and faults .

This is an amazing opportunity. It's just the beginning !

Even if the quantity of hydrogen isn't a commercial amount there could be enough to run the whole plant on hydrogen . Gross profits would be greatly improved along with reduced overheads even the distribution and transportation could be run on hydrogen . HE1 could be a highly profitable business !

I predict it will just continue to rise until the results .

It the hydrogen with helium which is very exciting ! There could be an endless supply of it . It's not like oil which is finite . As long as water is present at depth then hydrogen will just continue to be made indefinitely. Hydrogen is the new oil and our planet needs us to switch ASAP!!

Does the helium travel through and along the fault lines ? Do you get higher levels of helium by targeting the fault lines ? Is that what is happening here with this drilling result 🤔 Help please as I'm new to this share and holding fast !

It's becoming very expensive for research labs to use in low temperatures physics that's for sure ! When it's used it just flies off into outer space it's so light . ... never to be seen again !

Helium is used in cryogenics to cool superconductors which have multiple applications including defence . It really shouldn't be used for party balloons ! Good luck folks 👍 This sp is going up like a helium balloon 🎈 !
