This visit is good news for Vast ..let's hope the return of the diamonds and resumption of mining in Zim happens soon . The Zim government have lots to gain and so has Vast ....what's the delay ? There is everything to gain on both sides !

There are lots of opportunities opening up for Vast now in Tajikistan and Vast were lucky to be in the right place at the right time !

It was previously a lead zinc mine before being retrofitted to recover gold in the 1980's . I wonder if the tailings are from the period when it was a lead zinc mine ? 🤔

Yup , Vast couldn't have recently raised 1.25 million on the bases that the diamonds may or may not be released. The contract in Aprelevka is a game changer for Vast . The tide has turned .

"Aprelevka has three existing tailings dams that can be reprocessed containing high gold values of which two tailings dams can be exploited in the near term."

The gold in the tailings is probably worth as much as the diamonds to Vast who will get 10% . (See AP interview) The tailings were probably produced at a time when gold prices were much lower than they are today .

The pressure is off Vast and the lenders will be more happy to extend as a result. I would imagine that the tailings will be Vast's number one target .

It does look as if they are trying to save the company and jobs as a whole and not selling bits off .

Now that the three ex-Tesla amigos have arrived on the scene at DGI it should boost interest in AMTE as an investment opportunity. DGI will want to roll out their sodium-ion battery ASAP and AMTE will be their preferred manufacturer as AMTE have helped to develop it . I hope this changes the dynamics of any possible deal to save AMTE .

I would hope AMTE can survive all of this with some government backing and support. That's what's needed here.

Sodium is the new lithium , it's sustainable cheap and safe . Bring it on and let's stop all this faffing around and time wasting . We have a climate to save here 😇🤩

It's really good AMTE are right there ready to launch their sodium-ion battery as there is a definite shift towards sodium away from lithium. This could really be the turning point in AMTE'S fortunes . Good luck folks 👍 Have a look at the price chart for lithium..it says alot !

This whole deal needs a promise of support from the government, either Scottish or from London . Then it's a possibility that AMTE can be saved . It will also contribute to saving the planet which is far more important 🤔 !

I would like to see DGI and AMTE join together and now that the three ex-Tesla amigos are running the company (DGI) perhaps the government will wake up and offer assistance for a merger to take place . That would be the dream outcome for me !

The government needs to have a reality check here and put together a rescue package and kick-start growth in our battery industry.
