That's why the UK needs it's own battery industry and the government needs to act now before we lose our expertise. The government have their heads in the sand 🙄

Lots of research and development has gone into producing DGI'S sodium-ion battery with AMTE . Can't believe that AMTE will fold . There has to be a solution !

It's difficult to predict what's going to happen next 🤔

The market for batteries is changing and there's a worldwide , rapid shift to green energy solutions . What has happened in the past isn't the same as what's going to happen in the near future . If you want to value AMTE as a company then you have to look at the future potential markets for it's products...not what has happened in the past . It's a different landscape ahead of us now ....with lots of opportunities !

If the AIM listing remains in place then existing shareholders won't be wiped out .

The demand for batteries in the future will be huge and there will always be room for more players in the industry . Battery chemistry will change but AMTE have the expertise to adapt . There's great potential here and that's why it all to be revealed in the next days and weeks !

I hope a profitable private company looking for an AIM listing can reverse itself into AMTE and then restructure itself . That would be a good outcome.

That point about the strain on the electricity grid and the need to spread the load with home batteries is spot-on . Smart tariffs for electricity usage is the future and household battery storage systems will be in most homes and businesses within ten years from now I would imagine .

I think the DD has taken so long because Pinnacle are trying to drum up interest in AMTE'S ultra safe sodium-ion battery by introducing AMTE to their contacts . So far with no luck it would seem . That's why Pinnacle weren't prepared to stomp up any further cash over this holiday period . AMTE had no alternative but to go into administration. I would imagine Pinnacle are just going to walk away from this unless a sales contract can be agreed in principle also Pinnacle might be in talks with the UK government to see if a funding package could be made available to expand production facilities and make their investment in AMTE more attractive. Who knows what might be happening behind the scenes. It won't look good for the Government if AMTE go bust !

I still believe there will be a buyer for AMTE, perhaps a share swap and a reverse takeover. The AIM listing is a bonus for a private company .

I hope there can be some kind of government intervention here because of AMTE's important role it will play with green energy solutions. The government needs to show it actually cares about our planet and green industries 💚 ....sorry I spelt tailor incorrectly not taylor ! 🙃

Without government funding for a gigafactory , then if AMTE can somehow survive, I think they would need to use their limited production capacity to make smart energy management systems and taylor their batteries for different applications. There needs to be a different route to profit and a different business model other than the gigafactory journey.
