Just three more days to go to vote 🗳 online 15th December . This is what the important vote is all about for the general meeting held on 20th December.

1/ Authorise issue of equity in connection with the subscription shares, conversion shares and Pinnacle warrant shares .

2/ Authorise issue of equity without preemptive rights in connection with the subscription shares , conversion shares and Pinnacle warrant shares .

3/ Approve waiver of Rule 9 of the takeover code .

4/ Adopt new articles of association.

If we don't vote "for" for all of the above , the deal , as it stands , will collapse.

Bah1 , I don't think it's much of a gamble either . The sp will be volatile to begin with but should settle down in the long term. Either you play the volatility or hold for the long term. I'm going to keep half and play the volatility with the other half .

Between them the directors of AMTE don't hold that many shares . That's why it's so important that everyone votes 🗳. If the we don't vote in favour then the whole deal , as it stands , will collapse.

I can only give so advice about Hargreaves Lansdown account customers . With HL they have set up a voting facility for their customers . If you are with HL you have to login to your account online with user name , date of birth, online password and six digit number. Once signed in you will see , towards the top right corner , a box entitled shareholder meetings . Click on the box and it will take you to a list of meetings with dates and tell you if you have voted or not . If you haven't voted just follow the link for that particular meeting and it takes you to a voting screen.

There is no information about meetings available through the HL app . Not sure about any other brokers methods , you would need to contact them directly if you are unable to vote .

Not long now , so please vote if you haven't done so already . It's all down to us now ! Every vote counts in large amounts !

I think the main market for solar will come from industry and commercial property. Warehouse roofs , factory roofs covered with solar panels. Then domestic property will catch up . More new-build properties will have solar as standard as part of the spec..Then there are the increasing number of solar farms popping up on greenfield sites . This is just the beginning of the big movement towards green energy. 💚

Costs will be cheaper with sodium-ion ultra safe 👍

I might add It's a whopping great big pie and AMTE are right there at the beginning with sodium-ion. Very exciting times ahead !

And the initial contracts will all be about energy storage using sodium-ion ultra safe I would imagine.

I would think that Pinnacle would have lined up at least one big potential contract by now . Once we get passed this important vote and extraordinary general meeting in December (please vote folks , it's SO important !! ) then the New Year should see a good few RNS's about sales contracts coming through which will really get the sp moving. (I hope , imho) .

I think you have to have an active account with them (but I could be wrong ) . They do charge admin fees . It's not possible to vote through their app you have to go to their website and login.

Hi Jo , yes I think so . Hargreaves Lansdown have a new feature where they provide a link to the website that are dealing with the vote . As yet there is nothing for the vote on 20th December. So I don't know what to suggest 🙃 It's an important vote !

All shareholders have to vote and approve the waiver of obligations under rule 9 of the takeover code on or before the General meeting on 20th December. Otherwise if not approved the whole deal will collapse.

To say there is nothing to do is a false and misleading.

The dilution will be spread over years. Each investment which causes a dilution (ie good dilution) should add extra value to the company . Acquisitions of profitable companies just as an example . AMTE can be used as a "shell" listed on AIM and grow by acquisitions then moved to the main market . If dilution of shares goes to pay overheads and/or interest on debt then that's bad dilution because there's nothing really tangible to show for it . So there is both good and bad when it comes to dilution.

It's certainly risky but I have every faith in AMTE's expertise. The company has been held back by lack of government support and this new finance will change the game for Amte completely I hope .

If you're not a risk taker then don't invest .
