Many wish me to accept the general feeling that the Bod are rubbish. Many of you seem to think I should be as angry as you all are and because I'm relaxed about it, you are often angry with me. So please convince me why I should be! Lay your cases by answering the following four questions

What do you all think the bod have had to do put this whole package together?

Do you think the board should go into the presidents office and demand things with a sign here or else attitude?

How would you tackle the government?

These questions are not there just for you all to throw your same old attacks because we already know all about the issues and delays. However it is your chance to put forward your solutions and show us how you would have done it all, if you were MD or CEO

What has kicked us on here today? One biggish early buy but nothing massive has followed as I can see.

Expect some profit taking to come later but hopefully hang on to a fair part of the rise. News from Spain can't be a million mile away

TBH Pete I think you cover it in your post. Its all about news flow that will dictate the strength and holding of the rises.

IMO We are currently where we are because of enforced governmental delays and not because of the assets we have but that does show the importance of news flow.

If the company have all the paperwork in place when this deal is done then they really should have no excuse other than mechanical failure's not to proceed to the plan outlined earlier in the year. So we do need to see faster movement

Good reasoning on your priorities and their importance Pete, I would agree totally The 25 year licence is the big one for me too, very closely followed by the Farm-Out completion which for me would signify that licence has been agreed. I think the two will go pretty much hand in hand but I'd prefer separate announcements.

And who is being economical about what then John?

Do you not think that each item will bring with it, its own little increase? Each piece of good news will have its own value and the spud date though you might expect might be the most significant judging by other drills this year it has not always been the case. In fact I can quote at least two others who have produced two successful wells & gone into production this year and yet both their values are less than before they spudded their first drills. As I said recently the market is extremely fickle.

Personally I see multiple key trigger points here as follows (in no particular value or received order)

Mtwara Licence
25 Year Development Licence
EGM announcement
KW Remediation success
Farm-Out completion
Spud CH1
First Sod of Pipeline construction
Conection to Mdimba Plant
CH2, 3, 4 etc that comes with the planned FFD that follows as a result of the Farm-Out

I honestly see nothing for anybody to be wittering about other personal frustration which I feel just as equally as anyone else.

We have masses to look forward too here and I reckon like best wines and cheeses the results will taste even better following the wait.

Of course willow we all understand that you have your money invested in Solo rather than Aminex. Many here have their money in both but please don't come plugging one over the other on here there's a good chap.

There are for and against for both companies in the deal.

I would think they could erect but if outside inspectrs are required, I guess you may be right again linked to transportation for them to and from site. Of course we don't know the state of the roads out in the region. Maybe a question we should ask as it might be helpful to understand. Some roads are paved but many are not as we know.

I doubt they are worried about that cp. Shareholders would be slitting their own throats not to accept this deal at this stage imo.

Whether we all agree with its make up or not, surely it is the only realistic option for us to make the profits we came in for

According to this January is the wettest in the region which we drilled right through for NT2 so it looks all about the logistics of have the drill on location prior to the worst of the weather.

It can be no more than a hope Pete as you say. If the RNS doesn't come tomorrow then The EGM cannot be held before Christmas Eve and unless they mobilise or have mobilised on an assumption the farm-out will be passed; it is hard to see how they can achieve spud before the rains come.

Then again it is the transportation to site of the equipment that is affected by the rains. Thaey can surely errect the rig, spud and drill throughout can they not?
