I doubt very much that the first offer has been recommended but I have know way of knowing that other than to trust the board to negotiate but then again Mr Burns you have no way of knowing that the Bod have not haggled on the deal.

A presence of gas indicates to me there is gas and the well has recharged based on logic. I may be wrong on this but for certain the flow rates will come only when they have been measured and as one of our industry experts you would know this In all the gas wells I've seen it has been quite normal to announce a find as a gas show in the first place and the flow rates have come later. It is only then that we can judge the situation fully but to describe it as a fart or huff and puff is a totally negative assumption and coming from a self proclaimed industry expert I would expect a much more open mind unless of course there is a personal agenda. I don't see anybody ramping it up here as something it's not. It will be what it is only when it's tested.

I don't pretend to be an expert but surely if there are gas shows at the surface that would indicate the well has recharged? The way I see it, is that if it hadn't recharged then there would be no gas to show.
