As things stand at the moment I fancy a successful perforation announcement to come a day or two following EGM vote result.

I realise material news release cannot be stage managed but the timing of the perforation can and a resumption of production just after that vote would imo, opinion set us on the right path. I wouldn't say no to it coming in the morning though.

You are of course entitled to your opinion Mr Burns but in my view to vote No would almost guarantee a walk into the ground

I think this piece is the piece to which the font of all knowledge refers and makes out of context comments on. I personally think it is a reasonable paragraph in that posters summary. Although I'm sure the font feels he knows far more about the geology himself.

Hallowed because I'm laid back about it doesn't mean I am not fully aware of the situation we are in or how we got here.

What matters to me is the future and much as people love to drag up the past and apportion blame wherever they can, it is only the future growth of this share price that matters to me and I confidently suspect most other holders too

Come let's get real, for all the criticism they get and a fair bit deserved you must now realise that that circular was not the two minute job many here were demanding.

I'm guessing this announcement this morning was planned and they are underway with that analysis but ask yourself how long does it usually take for companies to publish flow test results after drilling? The same will apply here

Firstly, I have certainly made no assumptions about the results of this remediation and the people who are making assumptions are yourself and others who have said it hasn't worked or at least intimating so. It is you that is jumping the gun in not waiting for the analysis. Don't lay your behaviour at my door

Secondly The screaming was for news about the valve being sorted. You now have it "Fact!" You were told that once the valve was changed they would analyse" They are now doing that "Fact!" What is the problem here?

The problem is never being satisfied, like I said earlier, if and when we do strike oil for some of you people it will be the wrong colour!

Why was this update missing from the circular? Have they reperforated the well? What are the flow rates? What about the disputed payments? When might production resume?"

1. It has nothing to do with the circular. The circular is with regards to the farm-out and this is an operational update.
2. Does it say they have perforated the well? NO. Does it say they are analysing the data? YES. They said in previous RNS they would analyse the data before taking a decision to reperforate so why ask the question when you know what the plan is?
3. What are the flow rates? I can only assume you are having a laugh and you are disreagrding the word analysis.
4. The disputed payment were covered in the circular and quite obviously at this point as far as we know haven't been concluded and until they do inform us differently that will officially be the situation.
5. Production will only resume when they have done the analysis, maybe after reperforation or maybe before and when TPDC allow them too.

Is that clear? Is that the truth? Is that not something that we all should know if we bothered to read the information provided? I think it is

Being played imo Jonah, I expect this to recover later and climb during the week. If it wasn't a bargain before, it's a steal right now. Gutted I'm out of funds. Nice word Expect ;0))

The point is they have done what they have said they would do and they are now at the analysis stage to make a decision whether or not to reperforate. After all that clamour for this news it is imo simply wrong to be criticising this news and assuming it hasn't worked. Analysis is what was promised, analysis is what we are getting. At the very least let them do as they promised without all this doom and gloom. I can see the post here following an oil strike at CH1 The oil isn't black enough. It's 6 months late etc etc. Let's just be happy for once

Cleverly - Think about it! This is an announcement everyone has been screaming for now this morning's early birds don't like it? I don't get that at all. This shows things are moving and that the potential for perforation is still on schedule to complete before Christmas or year end. Isn't that what everyone wants?

Shame for those of us nomars who don't work in the industry we know nothing of course however it appears having once worked in the industry is no guarantee of anyone being font of all knowledge. In this case it doesn't seem to help when it comes to distinguishing between an extension licence and a development licence. I think to realise that you just have to have an ability to read materials presented to you. Those who have already will of course realise it is the extension licence that is required for the farm-out and also there is no expected date for the development licence and it is not a requirement for farm-out or drilling of CH1. (all in the circular)

That's how I feel tbh and I do know and respect how its upset you so much but I've felt it gets us nowhere but damaging our own moral to keep it up.

Isn't that what I said though Tarry. Nothing has changed, we are still waiting for certain events to fall in place. We have a couple of positives including a date that sets things into motion but no nasty reasons to race for the exit door.

BTW you asked yesterday about an egm resolution. I did reply but not seen your views since?

I'm optimistic there won't be any real damage barr the MMs trying to rip off a few in the morning. I'm fairly confident the Lth won't fall for their con tricks because although we didn't get the licence news we were hoping for just yet, nothing has changed in a negative way to have everyone rushing for a mad exit scramble.

There are two positives - We now finally have an EGM date & of course that 1.37TCF

The drill schedule as some of us had realigned to a while ago will be QTR2 so no change to expectation there.
Farm-Out completion long stop date - No Change still end March

With the strong wording that indicates the licence will be provided (no guarantee) in time to make that completion date and the CH1 to drill as soon as practically possible it does all point to the drill spudding within a month or two of the rainy season - April onwards

Still have more to read but I feel much more confident now than I did at first and I'm glad I ket myself out of the reactinaries at it on Friday morning because it looked like the world had come to an end.
