Disappointed tbh 8bpd increase and we had a successful drill during that time. Is that worth the drill risk on the other 20 drill ready pads? Is that the reason we haven't gone ahead with the drilling plans? We've also heard nothing about the neighbours drill that was allowed to drill closer than usual in order serial our own. It was this and lack of further action being the reason I took a small loss. I'll come in again but only when there is something definite to get our teeth into

You are also right in that I could assume that we would be let down by the government again and on past history you would be right but the evidence I have at the moment makes the positive assumption a stronger one.

All I am doing is giving my opinion, I think people understand that it is my assumption, they can all come to their own and if they wish to agree or disagree about it, they can counter the reasoning.

I understand your pinch of salt view with things controlled by government and I've pointed that out myself on numerous occasions but it seems to me that our Bod are damned if they do and damned if they don't provide information to their holders.

Their expectation is to have it out this week. In my communication with Jay... Due to the overreaction of many on here I suggested it was best not to give a date unless he was confident he could keep to it! Three days later he put out the RNS about expecting the circular to be out by end of this week. Now Expectation is an expectation not a promise & if people take it as a promise, more fool them, but I reiterate mine is a quite reasonable assumption. It may not prove right but it is reasonable!

I can only assume there was something incomplete or a last minute query that prevented the signing last time. We can only trust and hope it happens this time. We will know within the week if it's done.

It's a bit late to be warning those that have already lost but those new to the share it is about understanding where it stands at this point in time and what the good news would do. It may well be some need 500% but doubling from here would give a tidy return for the newbies. Don't knock it because it also lessens previous losses

Serious big time fully experienced investors GL I agree with you but those on bbs like this surely seek to influence the naïve otherwise why would they spend so much time devaluing the management and people with positive views? Why would they rip into the business when it receives a positive Rns? Wait until a heard arrive once more and then you will see the false positive just as we see the false negatives. Why? Because they all follow the hype both up and down so to say it carries no influence is wrong imo

Tom it's not illegal but is it right to rob fellow investors by talking it down? It certainly wouldn't be honest and maybe I am being naïve for not taking advantage myself but I prefer to have my own morals and be able to look people in the eye. If that makes me inexperienced or preacher or whatever other names and inference these people throw my way then so be it, at least I can hold my head up

And there are a few cocky know it alls who think that many of us are mugs. Some of us may not have been in the game as long as others but we watch learn and see the patterns and we can recognise a con man a mile off

Reality is that based on current mcap of circa £60m a pi can do £120,000 as a short without registering it and public group can do a short up to £300,000 before registering. Now if those sort of figures by any one individual are insignificant then imagine if numbers are working it either alone or as a boiler house. But as Shown earlier those that are at it will have us believe it doesn't happen and will never admit to it. Why should they when they are making a killing but don't get fooled by behaviour. I don't know about anyone else but I certainly don't think £120k is insignificant don't believe me check the regs for yourself https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/short-selling/notification-and-disclosure-net-short-positions If anyone had shorted that amount when at the peak for the full length of time they would have potentially made 6p /share on 7.3million of them. Imo unlikely anyone will have gone the full amount and most likely dipped in and out but it's there to be seen. It happens and I'll guarantee it's been happening here too, let's not allow it to be brushed under the carpet by Charleston's pretending otherwise

BG Judging by the behaviour on many shares bbs I'd say it was rife. I don't have an issue with their making money as an sp slips but it is the blatant lies, misleading comments and over exaggerated and destructive behaviour that annoys me. All regulars here know of the issues we've had but some people have to push them in every post they make and you have to ask, why they would seek to damage the peputation of a share they supposedly hold for a rise in value. Playing the dishonest game is the only answer I see.

As I understand it shorts are only officially reported when they are at 5% or more of the company and so there could be up to £3million in shorts with Aminex before we would know, so to say there are none or insignificant is just guess work. Those who are shorting and or playing the game both ways will never admit to it but to think there are none here is naïve to say the least. The true colours of those people who do so here are shown on a regular basis and you see when the prices swing they disappear for a few days before coming back for another bash. Dishonest is the only way I would describe those people.
