I would say more like a round table discussion with solo being told after the fact tbh. There had to firm development proposition that's for sure and when you look back at the io report you can see the forecasted costs to develop closely match the deal that is being done

Mather if we were savvy and in hindsight, we would all have sold at 7p and bought in again last week. When I say fickle I'm talk of those that jump up and down on a half point gain and scream like banshees when it falls the same.

Who it is issued to is what all these negotiations will sort out. It is currently if not done yet in ndovu name and they wouldn't want that transferring until farm-out is concluded and each party had their issues. It will no doubt all be sealed in a visit to the table by all parties. The whole thing is a complex process I just wish people would realise it.

To my mind the current MC bears no relationship to the fair value this farm out will bring, the licence itself has been a bug bear and all the multiple negotiations between the parties has took its toll and the fickle behaviour of some holders dies us no great favours but whatever it has done it cannot take away the value of the asset and when the licence has come through the farm-out completed, remediation and spud comes along we we truly see what this is all worth

Then once it's sorted we're after $40m per year from Ruvuma until 2047 and judging by comments from recent solo meeting a potential $12 to $24m per year from Kiliwani following the ongoing remediation where apparently it has a good chance of success. Just think all that income will provide the funds for movement at Nyuni where preparation for 3D seismic is already underway. Management must be totally useless to put us in this position? A frustrating year or so I have to admit but they have put us on the cusp of a major victory and for all the noise nobody wants to leave!

A senior Tanzanian official on Wednesday described the Chinese-proposed Belt and Road initiative (BRI) as a driver of industrialization for the East African nation.

"When it comes to the BRI, I see it as a development strategy involving infrastructure development and investments in various areas," said Stella Manyanya, Deputy Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment.

She said the BRI was a scheme that could improve investments and trade facilitation to help create a sound business environment.

Manyanya was speaking at the Conference on the BRI and China-Tanzania Industrialization Cooperation organized by the Chinese embassy in Tanzania and Tanzania's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation among other partners in Dar es Salaam.

Manyanya said that the recently completed China-led construction projects, including buildings, roads and bridges in Tanzania bore the symbol of Chinese expertise and skills.

"I trust that, in the process, Tanzanians have gained profoundly in expertise, experience and industrial discipline," she told the one-day conference.

Humphrey Moshi, Director of the Center for Chinese Studies at the University of Dar es Salaam, said the BRI is a platform for cooperation on projects to scale up provision of basic infrastructure, development of regional connectivity and industrialization.

To be totally honest although many love to play the blame game here, I don't feel the need, but if they are so desperate for a scape goat then perhaps they should look towards the government for delaying things.
