For once Apache you ask a good question and I assume at this point in time no, However if the existing licence situation and Development licence application doesn't get transferred to APT (the new operator) during the deal ratification process, then the whole thing will implode.

I first bought this share in the 20p range and did very well with it I top sliced near last years peak and bailed at 1.26 having done very well.

Never took my eye off it and bought myself back in today at 1.016. Looking forward to future rises

+1 QT most of us are suffering, we all need to chill and enjoy the weather while it lasts, This weeks fall was inevitable because for a fortnight at this time of year the volume always drops and in the mood being shown it will be downward rather than upward.

rxdav, it is not done because I don't like or disagree with what they say. I am simply frustrated at watching grown men cry in public and I feel anger because the way they are displaying and presenting this excellent investment opportunity as a bum deal. Right now it really is something special to look forward too imo and that helps me forget the past.

Perhaps it might help people if they (in their mind) were to remove themselves from their current prejudiced views and re-look at the prospects and the price available right now. If they don't then feel that they have a cracking opportunity they should sell up and run as fast as they can, if they do, then they should let the past go & get behind the company.

Hey both me and Ma Julie are crying to each other, we would have been over 100k better off if we had sold at the spike but we are where we are and we roll our sleeves up and get on with it. That is our way. I realise everybody can't be the same but this continual moaning about what has already gone by will change nothing. People are just depressing themselves and making me tetchy while they are doing it.

The fact is that not all has been rosey in the garden, I've never denied that but the level of bashing is just ridiculous and the lower these guys push it the more I have read their whinges. Some of these guys are defeated before they get out of bed in the morning.

While you are doing it, can you please tell the BoD exactly what they can do right now to change the fickleness of shareholders? Oh yes wave a magic wand and make the sp 10p - They have just brought you a deal that should see you all in profit and taken us from a long term bet, to a near, to medium term almost certainty. They're really bad buggars aren't they?

Share price flew on the news (and for a few minutes on this BB drewky was a hero) but it was the pessimistic amongst you all that panicked when it slipped back on a bit profit taking and the whining hasn't stopped since. The negativity is self fulfilling. If you all keep saying it'll go to a penny, as night follows day it will but then I suspect many of you would like that!

Don't take your ball home boys, there is still a game to be played here! There are still big profits to be made
