I do actually want you all to stop going on about it and take the action you feel it warrants. Tarry has offered a communication link and I have offered a verification method. All you have to do is say yes you want to join that group or no you don't and then this ugly conversation can be done away from public gaze where it should be until you can establish some facts and decide what, if any action you feel you need to take. One week ago Drewky was being hailed on this BB for being right all along, Why, because the sp was flying but as usual this share dipped because of the domination on this board of traders who talk it up one day and talk it down once they've made their 10%. Now Drewky is wrong again, convenient isn't it! A year ago every time the sp slipped Tiptop got it in the neck.

It is my teddy bear manic and like any good owner of a prized teddy bear I want to look after it and protect it from the people that want to rip its arms off and strip the stuffing from out of it.

I've offered to help organise a shareholder group so they can make challenges and ask questions of the BoD but apart from Tarry who at least did make some effort to open a communication link all we have is the all mouth and trousers people spouting off. How many time must I say I'm not happy with the deal but I accept and get behind it because it's the best on offer and we needed it! As we currently sit with zero income and this deal is promising $25 to £35million per year if that is not good enough for you guys then god help us all from caviar starvation.

When it all boils down they are just simply unhappy at the value of the deal which has been obtained. Well many of us feel that we could or perhaps even should have obtained a better on e but we didn't! End Of.

To keep jumping from one unknown basis, to another unknown is quite frankly getting on my nerves.

All avenues were discussed, this has be said at the AGM and in interview and I personally asked about a specific interested party involvement and I was told that the discussions did not bring a suitable deal.

Kiliwani has been a major kick in the teeth. They did not plan for this to happen, they did not delay things, and they had to get permissions during which time events overtook them. The equipment for the remediation is now in country.

For god sake give the BoD a break. Maybe some things could have been done better but they have come back with a deal that should still bring a share price into the teens and maybe beyond. We are looking at 49 years of profitibility here from Ruvuma alone.

That's true but binding would have some value and though I don't know what exactly I'm guessing it stops us from discussing other deals. If it was rejected however that would I imagine be a different scenario but that's not going to gain xxxx

While I don't doubt all has not been rosy over the last year I do feel that this angst is coming from assumptions being made rather than proof of wrong doing. Having questioned Jay myself I certainly feel the biggest reason for our backs being against the wall in the deal was the kick in the teeth from Kiliwani.

Nobody on here can say with any certainty who made errors or who did not because as usual it is all coming from wild speculation and if nobody intends to pursue it then isn't it about time it was put to bed?

Effectively with respect (because the guys do have some valid points) it is put up or shut up time because it doesn't do anyone any good to read the same old recriminations every day.
