The well was spudded in the onshore Ruvuma Basin of Tanzania (Mtwara Licence: Aminex 75% and operator) on 21 December 2016 in order to appraise further the Ntorya Appraisal Area. Ntorya-1 had a net pay of 3.5 metres and flow-tested at 20 million cubic feet per day, with 139 barrels of associated condensate. The Ntorya field is approximately 40 kilometres from the Madimba gas processing plant, which receives gas into the National Gas Pipeline system.

Aminex is pleased to report a material increase in its estimate of gas initially in place ('GIIP') in the Ntorya appraisal area, Tanzania. The potential of the Ntorya appraisal area, a component of the Ruvuma PSA operated by Aminex, has been successfully tested by two gas wells.  The Company now considers that the Ntorya appraisal area has Pmean GIIP of 466 Billion Cubic Feet ('BCF'), being a three-fold increase over the previous estimate of 153 BCF which was audited by LR Senergy in May 2015. The upgraded resource follows the drilling and testing of the Ntorya-2 appraisal well earlier this year which encountered a net pay zone of 31 metres and tested gas at an average flow rate of 17MMscd on a 40/64' choke.

Now let us divide that 1.87tcf by 4 and we get 467.5bcf which will now be our share. That is three time what that sniff was was worth and what everyone seems to be forgetting is because of the nature of the deal done, assuming and I belive that list I posted could be done for no more than $40million, it would mean there would have to be $200,000,000 profit made before the Zubs started to get a higher percentage of it than ourselves. Oh and even at that point we will still be the original $5 million ahead of them with a nice cool $80 million gas profit

Considering we reached 7.9 last year on the sniff of the barmaids apron and last Wednesday we jumped 50% for a short time. The zubs imo opinion even if they do have long term plans will not buy us out before the above schedule is complete otherwise they would've just gone ahead and done it while we at this snap up price.

Exactly Galady that is what it is all about surely? Exit point. This deal should see us through most of our desired exit points so why not be happy for that.

Tarry I agree calm is what is needed and I understand what you feel but I feel there is no way we are going to be able to change the deal as it stands. I just don't believe we can raise the support for that and that is why I do not see the point in discussing it further.

Realistically the salary issue and the ongoing need for such a large BoD plus the communications problems may provide a chance of getting the support needed.

Once you have a group with sufficient holdings, you then have a forum that can press for change. Until then the BBs will continue to be a play ground fight which plays into the hands of the one line say nowts!

Did Drewky Putin say that? NO he said that group business should remain private and out of public eye. If there is to be a group, it should be democratic! If anyone couldn’t accept the findings of a group discussion and vote! Would it be right to go crying about it on a public forum?

Negative comments on the bbs would be natural but there are some things that should be taken off the bbs and this I feel strongly is one of them.

If people who supposedly own shares deliberately want to make comments that that they know will damage the share price, then that is a criminal action towards their fellow shareholders IMO.

You have been offered an opportunity to at least try and do something by both myself and Tarry and if change is what you want you need to work for it. Simply being angry will change nothing, it might vent your spline a little but believe me it is only by tackling the source of your anger that will make you feel better!

As a layman, with no legal experience I’ve spent the last 18months fighting a tribunal and believe me the satisfaction of winning against a legal team and seven witnesses gives an enormous amount of satisfaction. Best thing I’ve ever done in my life. It would have been far easy to just moan about it on social media etc.

You actually think it is appropriate to select only positive comments to post on the BoD so that any newbie coming to the BB will only see the "good" points about AEX and the BoD. A bit like Russian Television then?

NO, I don’t, while we might have reason to have issues with the past, once this deal is ratified we will be a completely different investment animal. (Not perhaps our own BoD, but the company prospects for the future) and it is the prospects for monetary growth that new investor will be interested in. They won’t give a rats backside whether you, me, or anyone else has lost money in the past!

COMMUNICATIONS, I’ll never give up on, it is something we can push for change and I’ve already been pushing further on that. (You see Action Not words). KW delays will all be forgotten by most once it has been sorted. FIASCO drill tender! Since the discussions were running side by side with the drill tender the result of the discussion effectively nullified the drill tender so NO Fiasco. LICENCES as you yourself have said on many occasions our BoD have not been in control of that and one thing has been dependent on another etc etc

NO it is not more relevant but the big question remains…. Do people want to do something about it in a professional way or do they just want to moan and whinge about it forever and a day?

Personally Manic I think rather than discuss the items at this stage it would be better to promote the idea of a group and once formed the group can discuss it's aims in full?

Willow thank you for volunteering Big Double but I have already offred to do it and I know from his comment it has taken a considerable amount of effort.

Tarry that sort of system maybe easier than the blog posting system so I would be interested in details of that. I'm still happy to do the registration admin but if you want to admin that system or both, that's fine with me.

I would suggest registration could find out the total percentage of support that could be gained and then members could put their votes for, or against, towards any proposals then put forward on behalf of the group.

The point I'm making guys is that if there is sufficient strength of feeling to form a group then it needs to done and approached professionally.

If a group is required then lets get one organised but let's not whine on here anymore because everyone knows what the issues are, it is just whether enough want to do something about it. If there isn't then there is nothing that can be done and no point keeping on about it.

Tarry I don't care what is set up, I'm just keen to seen an end to what is seen from the outside to be stock bashing whether in this case its valid or not.

I am concerned it will just hold SP back and to whose interests would that be in? It certainly won't be in the interests of investors and tbh you all know that very well.

Having a shareholder group, however set up gives an opportunity for the genuine to have a moan and whinge out of the public eye which is where business disagreements imo should be conducted. If the true aim of that group is to challenge the Bod over its behaviour then it should be organised correctly and a proper plan put into place re, how you can achieve your aims. It should not be the role of such a group to instigate rabble like behaviour on a public forum and that's why I would pull the plug because I would want no part of it.

I agree that it would be a practically impossible task to get this deal turned over and I happen to think it will turn out to be the best thing for us all.

There are things I'm not happy about but I just prefer to be heading forwards rather than looking back. You may call that "sleeping dogs lie" and I did say pretty much the same to Dunder. I don't want to see this bb to continue to be a battle ground that it has been for the last twelve months. It seems to me we have a genuine opportunity now to realise our dreams and I don't want negativity putting people off from buying into to that prospect.

I've said, if you want to put a shareholder group together then I'm happy to collect and sort the data required, I could even set up a private blog group for members to chat amongst themselves and argue privately to their hearts content but I just don't want to see dirty laundry being washed in public. So, now both you and Dunder and others who feel the same have an opportunity to make a group presence felt but I would only host it on the basis that what is said in the group stays in the group. That way those who join can rightly have their say in putting forward whatever plan they wish.

It wouldn't be a problem to promote the group on the bbs, (effectively just to say there is one) but to join, people would have to register both there genuine verifiable emails and their shareholding (as was done over at Solo) and agree not to discuss group matters on the bbs. However the minute arguments crossed over onto the bbs I would pull the plug, simple as that.

If you want to take me up on it I can have a group blog up and running within a week but the negative stuff needs to stop now.

I think you will find little argument about why you feel the way you do but many want to move forward.

I agree that there is no need Mather but the guy has been giving similar on here day after day for months doesn't even hold here and to say we have 1 to 2 million is totally unfounded, so it feels quite nice to turn the table around and give have a little HaHa back at him, if only to say silly games with the mouth can backfire.

Buying 12.5% when valued at only $20 million would not be too difficult a sum to raise as with the upfront payments we expect to receive, we are possibly close to having half of it already. HaHa. So why destitute did you buy back in last week and start ramping. Did you then reach your target the other day and sell up again because now you are back to deramping. A rinse & repeater with no morals is what I see.
