Tarry they are planning the EGM in September then I assume they have allowed a month for the rubber-stamp from the TPDC hence November and I don't see that as issue because TPDC have already been lording it on twitter

Can't argue the point Dunder without going back to research but I was under the impression when he joined that he was a drilling expert but as you say it could have been because of his Geo expertise

I'm no banker Jodo but I would think lending to Aminex in it's new found situation would be quite a bit less of a risk and particularly once the CH1 is proven

Pete. As for the comment "Get stuffed" If you don't want to move on and let sleeping dogs lie the, can I suggest that rather than just damage the share for others now you have sold out, why don't you take some action, prove what you are saying and seek redress

Dunder of course we need a competent driller to oversee and question but I do actually think we have that in Aaron LeBlanc & I know you have scant opinion f Jay but he's not a mug! However, noises being made are to get rid of the newcomers so where do we go on that issue? If folk are not happy with him, then a replacement will be required and no doubt a pay off too.

Pete on the Kiliwani issue I think it's far to early to be making assumptions like that and as BG put it those are allegations that cannot be proven either way but I did ask that very question whether TPDC had been holding things up deliberately to facilitate this deal and he strenuously denied it. Of course you will say "he would say that" but we have no proof of any wrong doing.

BTW that somebody I was referring to was yourself when going into last autumn (ish) you made remarks that went along the lines that self funding wouldn't get us through to full field development quickly enough without farming out!

At this stage apart from being an annoyance whether the Bod have mismanaged the situation or whether they are incompetent drillers or not is totally irrelevant to where we are going to be when this is signed off. Kicking up a fuss after the fact will do no one any good.

The complaints I'm seeing here are they can't drill! - Well, so what, APT can and they have the financial clout to make it happen that has to be a positive even those who are being negative.

It can be said and I would agree that we haven't got enough out of the lowball deal but I see no way of rectifying that and from the figures I've researched, we are going to come out of this in a pretty good place. Not as good as if we could have funded it ourselves but that was never going to be the case and it was only said by someone making these complaints that we would have to farm out to go through to full field because we are just too small to cope with that sort of development.

Ok, disappointed this was not done after CH1 was proved up but there is a danger (I think unlikely) that they could have missed and then where would we be? Come on guys let's move on, we can still make an awful lot of money here and we are better laced to do it!

Tarry I'm happy to provide an email address and to collect the details for a shareholder group to be put together but with people trading and dipping in and out that is difficult to maintain.

Whilst I agree with some of the issues being raised (Delaying of pay rises) and I don't think we realised a proper value. On full consideration, I am right behind this farm out so it is difficult for me to go hammering on the door.

I'm not the only one on here that has similar views but any shareholder action taken now or at any future time would have to have a clear mandate to follow before making any approach the BoD.

At the moment it is just so much befuddled noise coming from all directions and tbh I think that noise will just fade away over the next few weeks if not days. I see a bounce coming and there is nothing better to quieten noise than a fatter wallet.

I disagree Pete. I think most of those will cause a rise to a greater or lesser extent and the key to the sustainability of those rises is going to be the pace APT can work at. We are now going to be under control of a different and hungry animal that will want to move things on at a rapid rate to fit in with their industrialisation plans. We've all seen the supply demand research done by leafless and nothing has changed there. This gas is still required quickly and as a company so far we have been unable to move at the rate required. The reason our rises haven't stuck have been because of lack news flow and now we are likely to see news flow come thicker and faster which will make the company less enticing for the rinse and repeaters.

With those things to come and I forgot to add the other licence renewals, many of these things will overlap each other and news could drop at random on any day so people playing the game could quickly get caught with their pants down. They won't like that, but tuff sheite, we will be a different ball game when this deal is ratified. Good luck all
