BD I agree with you and if a holder I would take that stand with you. As for Aminex I'm sure hoping they don't get an easy ride tomorrow on the salary issue and in our formally presented questions they have been asked to justify it.

Personally I think they will as I said on the bb yesterday and if so in the way I think it could backfire against them if trying to use same method next year. Are you coming along tomorrow? Have you had a copy of the questions?

What I can't get my head around is your mentality when posting on the Aminex board. By venting your spline, you appear to seek to undermine confidence over there and that is surely bound to rub off on sp here at Solo.

Meanwhile we all have to wait and see how it pans out because we cannot control the time on negotiations. You only have to look at the efforts BD and the others have put in here to see that nothing is easy and with full respect to the guys what they are having to do workwise over the resolutions, is a trivial amount compared to what's going on over Tanzania.

Regulations do not prevent positive or negative vibes KOTB. Purely by seeing the whites of the BoDs eyes will give those attending an indication of how comfortable they are with the current situation.

The BoD will not be ideally placed to avoid giving away their emotion.

I don't feel this is an AGM to missed hence doing a 300 mile round trip and having to suffer a nice restaurant meal and hopefully a few beers afterwards with newly made friends having put a few faces to names.

Fingers crossed tomorrow will be a turning point for confidence at least!

trrime I have to say your last post contained a fair bit of sense but from what I see of you, you do little but try and encourage people to sell with your own negativity and blaming everything on others elsewhere. Maybe not your aim but that is how it appears to me.

"don't listen to the people trying to get you to sell," you say and quite right too, but by being negative about your own share and even other shares that directly effect your own share price is playing into the hands of those who want you to sell. In fact they encourage people to be negative by agreeing with them and effectively they end up having their job done for them by the people with most to lose.

BD I think you missed my point. There is nothing wrong with your stated aims but I feel it does perhaps make potential buyers nervous of which I am one. I am waiting for other events so I can buy in here but even if the cash were available right now as much as I feel it is a real bargain basement buy, I wouldn't until your actions are settled.

I am puzzled why there is no rise on anticipation on the current flow tests and that has nothing to do with Aminex which is a different yet valid issue.

From my point of view I feel it is never a good sign to see shareholder unrest no matter how valid it is. Sometimes it has to be that way and if I was a holder I would be supporting you, so good luck with it and I hope for everyone that it can be resolved quickly. For it to linger on would be bad for the SP imo. which maybe good for me in the near future but I wouldn't wish it on all those that appear to have been suffering enough

A whole 1.87tcf worth of it! In 2012 according to Fracking Ireland at the then gas price that would be worth approximately £5 billion!!! Now that is some sweet smelling ****e and I'm quite happy to have my arse strapped to that seat!

BG I don't doubt your integrity as a poster but your behaviour over the constant new threads puts yourself into question as to why you want to bury the earlier thread. It was you that inferred that we wouldn't get the development licence because of Matwari I merely proved you wrong via a legal document and Gas ladies comment supported that because of Aminex stating that the licence is not dependent on drilling CH1.

Now that is a fact of the matter no matter what other facts you added.

You stated you added certain facts to the conversation which I haven't disagreed with, but as just said, I have shown those facts are not relevant to the issueing of the 25 year development licence.

Now we can argue til we are blue in the face but the facts are there and if we do not get this licence for the reason you have given, then I will apologise to you and walk away from the BBs for good. If they are having some bearing on it, I will be extremely annoyed with the BoD for misleading us all and both myself and others would be right to seek assistance of the FCA

Sorry BG but you created confusion by adding in something that wasn't a part of the discussion as I stated I was clearing up a legal issue and I am correct on that!

Whether you have a point or not was not my issue but you inferred they are interrelated for the issuing of said licence.

Also you are saying I am not being clear. I have been very clear throughout but sadly you have RE: RE: RE: created the thread so often that people are unable to follow a thread properly as pertinent pieces are missed.

I've noticed you do this before. If it's an unintended error on your part then please, in future use the reply button rather than create a new Re thread then people can follow properly if they wish.
