One week to the AGM & lots of news to come. Time for the excitement to build I think

Personally I think this resolution is a back up in case farm out talks fail. Without checking I believe they did something similar last year which is basically putting contingency plans in place which I would say is actually good practice whether we like the idea or not.

Personally I would prefer ourselves to have more of the cherry than let the Zubs have more but mine is just one voice.

Your questions have been included as you well know and you will not be charged for any answers received. Thank you for your clear support Dunder (NOT) I will of course provide an extremely subjective view of the answers given just for you and just to make you feel good I will even post it for you first if you like?. Everyone else will see the correct version when I have had time to sort it out.

Might I suggest that if you don't like what has been done for you, you should perhaps get off your bottom and attend the AGM yourself. It is rather easy to sit in an ivory tower as a keyboard warrior asking questions and making innuendos about company CEOs, but it's an altogether a different scenario to make allegations face to face.

Whatever the answers provided, I feel sure you already have your plan of attack well in hand and as you say placing it on a BB that is woefully formatted is maybe not ideal. Perhaps I should put it somewhere where you would have to register real identity to have access? I don't know, you tell me, but if you think the BoD should give a full written statement to each question then you write to them and ask and please offer to pay for their time in doing it because I don't want my money be used to pander to your own personal needs I'm afraid.

Out of courtesy the Bod have been given an opportunity to answer the questions either through their presentation or within the Q&As at the meeting and it was my decision not to publish that list prior to the meeting. Besides, an AGM is between a business and its shareholders and is not for general public consumption.

No disrespect to you guys enquiring but not all who post or read here are holders. I also know what it is like on here for impatience and reactionary speculation, so I did not wish to give the detractors the opportunity to have a go before the BoD had chance to speak for themselves. I think I can safely say that pretty much every issue on here has been raised in the list and that includes issues raised by the naysayers. We may not get all the answers and it is likely they will be unable to answer all of them at the AGM so people need to accept that they may not get the answer they are personally looking for, however, I am expecting to come away with a much clearer picture of where we are.

I will try to get our Q&As published asap after the meeting but you will all have to be patient, as it may take a day or two to put it all together. I am sure others will bring home the gist of things to the BB before I can complete it but I will give what I can when I can.
