The BoD announced it would be completed by the end of H1. Well today is the day and as it is H2 come Monday, there must be a possibility they will tell us something.

You are probably right random but the trouble is many of its claims just like on here were bull**** and unsubstantiated based on opinion.

Nobody out side the BoD and the parties directly involved in the situation know the facts and everything said on here about is pure conjecture and speculation.

Yes Pete "Scandolous" Some of the information was true but much of it was incomplete and left important holes where the positives were ignored. It was unbalanced, libellous and imo had a specific purpose.

The article appeared to me to be a direct attack on the CEO which aimed undoubtedly to undermine confidence in the company and the BoD.

That was not just a disgruntled shareholder having a moan! Imo it was a part in a larger concerted effort which has been going on for months.

What was the article asking that we have not already put forward to the BoD? For me, the whole article was not about asking questions but was purely aimed to discredit. It is customary when putting such an article together to approach the subject (target in this case) and ask them if they would like to comment.

From Gordons response, it seems to me that this right of reply was not offered before publication and from personal experience. I can tell you the damage that these half-truth stories can possibly do to a business.

Besides, if questions are indeed needing to be answered (which they are) there is a time, a place and a method for doing so. 11th July is that time for us
