Dunder you are both right and wrong at the same time. You are right in saying that they are not equipped for the job in hand but that is not the management that is the size of the company. They have made a tremendous discovery and they need help to get it out of the ground. That does not make them incompetent, the company simply does not and never has had the ability to fully develop this field on it's own and further. Just where would we have got $105m from to take us to cashflow in 2 years even with Kilwani running full as Pete said many times we would need to farm out? As I have said to him privately, you had all better get used to the idea which concerns him over Nyuni, because as sure as night follows day I expect the same thing to happen there, whether it be through the Zubs or A N Other and particularly in that case that Jay has already been open enough to say so! The point is, without these bigger stronger companies to see us through, there would be no cake to have a slice out of at all. The best thing we can hope for is that we will be in a stronger financial position by then so we don't have to succumb to a lower figure!
That is the reality Dunder and if it wasn't for the money the Zubs initially put in, how likely is it we would even be at this point now? As Kenrun says, none of us can be completely happy at the amount the deal has given us but we have still come out with a deal that should make all of us, even those spiked, a decent return and that is what we are all here for am I right?
Or have you just entered as predicted stage right to carry on with Tarrys direct attacks on the board?
