Jay had said at the AGM they expect to get way in excess of the 40MMcf/d which would bring in circa $12m cash/annum and had also talked about potential $25m to $35m which he again spoke of in the video. There seem to be many doubters out there but as he said, there would be little point in building a 30km pipeline just to take 40MMcf/d through it, so being optimistic as usual what sp would be put on achieving that $35million cash gas profit/annum on a free carry? We could further add perhaps $5m ish on a remediated Kiliwani? Seems to me we should be laughing all the way to the bank :0))

rxdav I will be proud to have you call that figure Drewky and perhaps you will always remember that I prefer to swim against the tide. I've never been a sheep who follows blindly or one who follows others in a gang that outnumber me. Superior numbers does not make attitudes correct anymore than it does a lone voice.

Having served my apprenticeship, I very quickly learned I did not wish to work in places where there are more chiefs than Indians so age 23 I became a chief myself. It has been a hard slog and I made mistakes along the way but I've supported myself by doing things my way. I don't ignore people, I listen and I understand and agree with some of the criticisms' levelled on here over certain events. I just dont agree with the way people are behaving.

Your soldiers tale reminds me that to be a soldier you need to have courage to go forward into battle! To go forward can be through a physical fight or through a diplomatic solution but before we can do either we have to know when it’s time to move on! That point arrives when we find the courage to be honest with ourselves and acknowledge that staying still and looking backwards will do more harm than good.

I think that time should be now.

It's no fantasy and you did indeed say that you would have preferred a loan or placement and I agreed with that very statement at the time but as you agree in your statement it "was the only likely outcome" and that was my point of reminding you! You knew it was coming, you told everybody it was coming, your predictions were correct so why are you and the others crying now?

So that was jumping up and down for the sake of it and not even based on what he had actually said.

The reality you ask me to explain. As I understand it we have circa $6m ish? plus money owed to us by TPDC re dispute estimated at $2.73m plus $5 to come from the initial payments on the deal. IF those figures are correct I'm sure you will put me right if not, then we will have in the region of $14m. Now that should get KW back up and running if it is at all possible. I understand that will likely only bring in half the amounts a previously but still decent revenue not to be sneezed at. I'm not sure what is planned timing wise after remediation takes place but we are supposedly now just 17 months away from monetisation of Ruvuma and the profits coming online from that will surely self fund our other asset.

As for further development dilution, the fact is, Jay has said long ago that the plan at Nyuni was to seismic and farm out the drilling for a profit share so any dilution to be had there if required has been fully expected for at least a couple of years as far as I am aware!

So again what's all the big fuss? Pete you have been telling everybody all these things for years and everybody looks on you as captain sensible but I'm just lost as to your reaction to being proven correct.

In Reality Pete "No further dilution" is what Vike said and yet both you and Tarry jumped on him as if he had said there is no dilution.

There is a massive difference and Vike is quite correct, there should be no FURTHER dilution for Ruvuma but lets not forget for the last year, you personally have been banging the drum that the only way we could develop the field was to farm out! So you in fact were facing reality during all that time and now you have got what you predicted you don't like it! The reality remains the same, we needed this deal so we can all make some money.

I feel the deal would go through without a hitch without the Zubs vote but I have to say them having a vote concerns me because if in future APT decide they want to buy us out then the Zubs who somehow indirectly hold the APT company will carry a huge voting sway. By then I expect to have made my target with ease and it shouldn't worry investors coming in at this price for for a medium term investment.
