Yes Vas, today's sales are miniscule in comparison to what the potential holds. I invest on potential. If I wanted to invest in established, proven revenue streams I go to the FTSE100.

The potential here is clear and obvious. The question is, can Chill deliver it?

343 stores potentially selling 10 items per day each. $5 revenue per item for Chill. $1.5 per item to bottom line. So

3430 items per day
$5k profit per day
$150k per month profit
$1.8m profit per annum.

Just 343 stores. The more products Chill introduce the more likely that 10 items per day per store becomes achievable.

Potential is collosal here. Can Chill deliver it? My money says yes.

I shop in Coop just about every day. I don't follow them on Twitter though. Who would follow a shop on Twitter. In a list of 'ways to communicate and engage with existing and new customers' Twitter is about 27th.

Twosheds. Yes it will be 95% unvaxxed fault. The vaxxed can't catch or spread it anyway really. It's those pesky unvaxxed that walk round as if they are wearing impenetrable cloaks not the vaxxed. The vaxxed are all getting tested to go to work or cinemas even when they don't have to. They are all really being considerate and thinking about everyone else, not just themselves. Those pesky unvaxxed should legally have to isolate even if they just come into contact with a positive case but I bet each and everyone of them are cheating the system and going round purposely coughing on everyone. The vaxxed who are actually allowed to live with a positive case can still go to work whilst they wait for a negative test. I bet they don't though, I bet they all stay isolated just to make sure they're not spreading it. It's all on them pesky unvaxxed, if we could get to 100% vaxxed then this thing dies overnight cos the vaccine is fully covid proof.

Surely the timeline is part of the target. If they don't hit 10k stores by May22 then they have missed their target. No matter how you interpret the words if they get to May22 and say, "we have now rolled out to 5000 stores and are still on target to hit 10,000 by end of year" then sorry that wouldn't wash with investors as that is called moving the goalposts ie target.

You are reading too deep into it Vas. The target encompasses the 10k stores and the May22 timeline. Simples.

Thanks for that Ex. So only £90k new revenue in H1. Makes me think that the £0.5-0.8m FY target will include the £397k that was deferred from H1. So £271k + £397k = £668k. At best AZ is expecting to get new revenue of around £150k by end of year.

On further reading it appears that the accrued income reduced as it was reclassified into other payables. So whilst some customers have asked for their money back we don't appear to have paid any of it back yet. As a result I am revising my cashburn figure.

Admin expenses £1.7m
Less depreciation £0.2m
Less finance costs relating to old deal £0.2m
Giving £1.3m per 6 month
Increase of £0.2m for additional costs such as headcount etc.
So £1.5m for 6 months or £250k pm

We had access to £5m from October. Assuming we convert all borrowings then the £5m should last us 20 months. This takes us to May23 assuming nothing changes. I am expecting revenue to increase from significantly in H1 2022. Assuming this is the case then hopefully we won't need another CLN after the £5m one.

The cashburn is not actually that great and it will only take a small amount of revenue to offset the admin expenses. Let's see how it all unfolds.

Lol Wilson. I think It actually alligns with what the market thinks about ncyt's future. We make no non-covid revenue next year and covid revenue itself drops 50% year on year and we fail miserably at trying to replace it. At the same time we are very reactive and lethargic in reducing our costs so for several months we have sales people cleaning the offices and twiddling their thumbs before DA finally realises that we should maybe make them redundant and offer them £20k each for their service.

It's all becoming clear now. Sorry, tongue in cheek moment. Just a little frustrated today.

It certainly does but what gets me through is the belief that this can all turnaround in an instant. It could be worse. The reason for the SP decline could have been due to bad fundamentals with no possible way of quickly getting out of our losses. Fortunately, today's SP has nothing to do with the fundamentals of ncyt. They are still beavering away adding to their cash pile, inventing new products in a huge growth market. I keep telling myself, it's just a matter of time.

Earnings are forecast to reduce by 85% per year for next 3 years. There you have it folks. That is how the market see Ncyt. A blind man could see the gap between fundamentals and market price here. I'll keep buying ready for when ncyt let the market know.

Stopping free testing had to happen at some point I guess. They tried it recently in Germany and within 5 weeks cases spiked and now they are reverting back to free tests. France have also done away with free testing so let's see what happens there. Maybe ending free testing in the run up to winter wasn't the smartest move from these nations. Ending it in March seems like a more reasonable time to try it.

Stopping people who have tested positive from isolating, well that is going to set the cat amongst the pigeons. I guess if you don't have to isolate and you don't have to test then we basically just go about our business as if we have a cold. We then just kind of hope for the best that the 6 monthly vaccine keeps our loved ones protected and the treatments will cover off any that slip through.

Personally, I believe should this happen then the UK becomes an even more risky place to live for me and my family so not thrilled with the cavalier approach.

From an ncyt point of view, testing in hospitals and care homes will still be required and our POC product offering put us in a good place to develop our sales in these areas. It sounds as though covid passes will be being used from next year so the unvaxxed will still require testing. Our sales to the likes of Wren will inevitably decrease but that is where the 50% reduction that ncyt are expecting comes in.

Focus will begin to switch to non-covid revenue streams very quickly now and this is ncyt's next challenge. We have to be quick to utilise the foundations we built from covid. Get our plethora of 500+ other tests CE marked and compatible with the q machines. Start ramping up marketing and the sales teams. Yes there is still the rest of the world to sell covid products to but for me the transition is or has started and we need to be a first mover again.

How do others see the transition from covid to non covid happening?

Well there is a reason why we are languishing down here at 0.8p. If Iron ore demand comes back next year and we see prices of $120-150 then you can expect a 6 monthly dividend in the region of 1p. If it falls and stays low at $60-80 then I guess it gets put on the back burner until prices increase. Focus moves to silver and Mexico. Either way, iron ore returns arn't built into the SP at these levels so the risk/reward imo is worth taking. Make your play. I have and I'm bullish UFO.

From the article you can determine that Germany have been using the Vaccine Passport at least in Popular areas where bars, restaurants and cinemas are. To get in you need to prove you have been vaxxed, a previous positive OR a negative test. The unvaxxed would therefore have to pay for a test which in their minds they think 'no thanks, I'll stay at home'. Meanwhile, all the vaxxed are partying on down living life to the max. I can only assume the logic being that the Vaxxed don't spread the virus so everything will be fine. lol 50,000 cases a day later, Europe are sat their thinking 'where did this wave come from lol.

The irony in all of this is that the unvaxxed who paid to get into the entertainment area with a negative test most likely came out with Covid after mingling with all the vaxxed. Lol. Sorry chaps but if you don't laugh you'd cry.

People have to pay for a test so they don't bother getting tested. Couple of weeks later cases go through the roof. Now they bring back free testing. Mmmm maybe getting tested is still the way forward. Test, vaccine, treatment. All go hand in hand.

Just a matter of time before border testing increases again. Do we really want people from Europe coming to the UK, boarding the plane without even getting tested? Rhetorical question.
