Let's be clear that it is covid holding the ncyt sp back not the ncyt business. The cash is ticking up everyday. The q machine sales base is growing daily I assume. Vas, I am assuming that the costs involved in producing one CBD stick is significantly more than one cigarette. Largely due to economies of scale, materials and the production processes. $14 for 20 may mean too small margin or maybe even loss making at the moment.

Add in the S&D costs and you need to be making 30-50% op margin to stand any chance of making some bottom line profit.

I think costs will remain slightly higher than cigarettes for some time to come but eventually cigarettes will be phased out completely and Tabacco free products will rule. There will for certain be other pandemics. The gov won't want to be scrabbling around like headless chickens when it comes. They'll want a early detection system, and not just in the UK. They'll be a union of nations that agree to develop a global early detection system. Not quite sure what it will look like but considering this pandemic has cost the global economy trillions of dollars and millions of lives then no costs will be spared. First line of defence, diagnostics, allows you to see the invisible killer before it gets too engrained in society. It also buys you time to create the required vaccines and treatments. Ncyt are a new up and coming leader in the diagnostic arena. Time is all that is required here.
