I don't believe the cabinet are, I am pretty sure they still meet up. The whole of the government, parliament and cabinet cannot close for 3 months, no way. If you refer back to Masters post earlier ref one of the MP's comments on FB. He was saying that the new land law would basically be voted through the back door whilst everyone was celebrating Nadaam so that tells me government isn't closed

New procedures are being put into place so when they award the new licenses there will be no issues that we have seen with PM. We have said on here all along PM has been a guinea pig in all this, which has been as frustrating as hell but fair play to the MG they are ensuring that for the future there will be no issues like they have had previously.

So hypothetically if we do hit oil in V1 there will be no issues with exploitation licenses and special land permits

Because over the last 2 years, the country has been fighting corruption, who says there has been no haste, the Cenrral Government has tried to leave the decision to the locals, but due to the corruption this hasn't been getting anywhere. They have since then introduced new laws that will stop the local corruption and taken the procedures into the Central Governments hands to decide. This only started happening at the start of the year. They are also now putting into place procedures that will follow through into other exploration/exploitations licenses they grant. Please remember how long it took for the Exploitation license. This is now a written/agreed procedure that can be used in future. So when you say no haste, cancd there have been reasons for it.

Since those April 2022 posts, new legislation has been bought in regards corruption in relation to anyone trying to stop the rule of law with non legal reasons will now face imprisonment. In April 2022 there was corruption from local MP's, the governor and the activist stopping PM, why do you think this has now stopped and also gone to Central Government to sort. Matad is never mentioned by the activists now. I think the last time was in October when the locals had their vote. Nothing since so i would forget about that angle and concentrate on what is happening NOW in Central Government.

Really wish it was Master, but i tend to go with Investor33's explanation tbh. Makes sense MM's have been manipulating this share for years and more so of late with the total uncertainty of everyting

This price action is nothing new with PM, this has been the case over many years. As previously said this is a traders dream share and also has always been massively manipulated by MM's. This SP is going nowhere until LP lands or we get a strike at V1. The MM's will continually drip this down to try and scare weak investors. I mean the fundamentals have not changed. We had the same issue waiting for the exploitation license which we eventually received, as new procedures were being put into place. Exactly the same thing is happening with the Land Permit, new procedures are being put into place as well for future benefit. Frustrating as it is and MM's know this, keep hold of your shares. Patience is the key.

There will be MM's looking in on this BB and other boards and will see the discontent and will be lapping it up. Look at the fundamentals to all this, it will happen, just a bit more patience and it will come good. Remember in 2 to 3 weeks we COULD be sitting on a country changing drill result, don't lose your nerve, if its a duster we still have Heron. ATB everyone

Notpleb, i have been in touch with Philip Malone for many months. He has told me he has been assisting PM with regards the LP. As ambassador he should be protecting UK investors. There is loads of corruption over there and having the UK Ambassador in the MG's ministers earholes as he has said he has been doing then can only be good for us

Sirbob and this is my opinion I think the original posts to cabinet have changed and now MG are safeguarding the oil so when they need the oil for the refinery it's there. Have thought it all along, but PM will and the MG will make.revenue in between

Yes Master i agree ref PC, and alsoi believe local MP's with the governor and the Activist have been the problem, but as you say i think they are all now being overidden and will be dealt with accordingly if there are any other issues, hence why as you said previously PM have not been mentioned by the activists this year.

Anyway that should be behind us now and IMO we will get the LP before the V1 results - ATB

Master82, i agree he hasn't handled the locals properly, but from another source he has also been held back by corruption, hence why the LP has gone back to Central Government and new legislation if anyone tries to stop the law being enacted they will be imprisoned. I don't think he is totally to blame. As i said previously i believe the change in the PSC's will now bring the locals onside

Investor33 i have been thinking exactly the same ref people on here working for or alongside the MM's. Would make sense to me.

On another thought for everyone, ref Mike Buck. As much as i moan about his lack of communication and the sh*te worded PNS's he puts out, just look at his past history. When he says he is excited about Velociraptor, well he has overseen the discovery of over a billion barrels of oil in his other jobs. Tim Bushell who is also on the board has over seen the discovery of over 600 million barrels of oil. Okay this doesn't ensure V1 will be a hit, but it does give you confidence that these people know what the bloody hell they are doing and looking at. That's is MY thoughts anyway. Take what you want from it

Email. i understand where you're coming from, but as i said imo i am 100% certain the LP will be granted. Mongolia know it needs foreign investment above anything, they are relying on this to move forward. I just cannot see it NOT being granted, that thought never crosses my mind whatsoever. The investment case here imo is one i would not want to be out of. I am here for the long haul as i really do see BIG things happening here and we are on the cusp of something huge. As said that is only my opinion.

Email, my thoughts only. The MG has had numerous meetings with foreign governments, they have been at oil conferences etc continually drumming up the need for foreign investment. It would be total suicide in my eyes if the Land Permit was not granted. What sign would that send out to Foreign Exploration companies. MG are currently in the process of issuing out new licences for new blocks to explore. Again what sign would that give to exploration companies. Would you want to pay sh*t loads of money for a licence, discover oil and then not be able to exploit it.

Before anyone jumps on the band wagon and said that's whats happening with PM. PM have been embroiled in the issues of corruption by local MP's and governor of Dornod, also they also have the anti PC locals who don't want the same type of thing happening with PM. All this by central government action is being taken care of.

I personally have NO worries. in my opinion the LP will be granted otherwise MG can kiss goodbye foreign investment.

Manx, I personally believe the new agreed PSC's with the MG in the Isle of Man will get the locals inside. I still believe there was more to that meeting than has been disclosed. I believe the MG has changed the PSC to safeguard the oil from PC. The biggest stumbling block around Heron has been with corruption and PC
